Jeju Noodle Bar - New York City - Photo album

This popular Michelin one star noodle bar has been on my radar for a long time. Very hard to get reservation, I got a last minute same day reservation at 5pm. There’s also a waitlist you can put your name down at the door. The reservation was given 1hr45mins dining time. I finished around 45mins wit
Thought that a lot of what this made place interesting was the indulgence on fine food ingredients eg caviar, uni etc, with not too many interesting things happening elsewhere. Noodle soups are mild with thin cuts of meat, so the apps are what I remember most. Toro ssam is indulgent and tasty, while
The best ramen I have ever had in my life. Service was exemplary and the food was Michelin Star grade. I would whole-heartedly recommend the A5 Wagyu Brisket Ramen as the main course with the Truffle as the appetizer. Reservations are always booked, so plan this trip at least a month in advance!
The food was pretty good. The main appetizer everyone raves about ( the Toro Ssam Bap ) is a little overpriced tbh. All the ingredients were super fresh but $84 (w the added uni) for a small appetizer was not entirely worth it IMO. The Gojukchang Bokum was only $13 and extremely tasty and filling (i
The food was good. We tried the wagyu toast, trout fish, and Narngmyeon dry noodle, which were all tasty and had the right amount of spice and seasoning. The fried chicken came with two pieces of chicken drum stick, yogurt dipping sauce and caviar, and each additional piece was $5 more. We were happ
MUST GET THE BUHSUT RAMYUM. Amazing, unique umami flavored broth and the noodles were perfection. The popular Toro Ssam Bap was delicious. We tried to ribs and gochu ramyum too- they were good, but not amazing. Would pass on those next time.
Jeju lived up to the hype and it’s Michelin star for me but only because I did extensive research before ordering and picked items I felt confident would be hits. A lot of reviews recommended that the appetizers were actually better than the noodle dishes and that the toro ssam bap is the star of th
We got 2 appetizers and 2 ramyuns for 2 people and were so full that we even got leftovers. We were really impressed with the appetizers. I would definitely come back for the ribs alone, so flavorful and falling-off-the-bone tender. The 2 noodle dishes we got were also good, even though they were qu
I’m not a big upscale dining type of guy, but I really, really enjoyed this place. Felt very reasonably priced considering its Michelin rating and amazing overall taste. Ordered the wagyu ramen, ribs, and donkatsu seasonal special for two and we couldn’t finish. And just everything was so beautiful—
Amazing ramyun noodles and delicious appetizers. The Family Ramyun is a must have, insanely flavorful and not heavy at all (especially compared to typical Japanese ramen). Wasn't the biggest fan of their dry noodle, stick to the ramens! Their toro ssam bap was delicious and so was the Greek yogurt
Jeju hits it out of the park for me. We tried their fried chicken with a dipping sauce and caviar (super good and crazy with it’s complexity) Then we also had the cerviche and mushroom ramen. Only complaint is it was so good that we ate it too fast
Jeju noodles exceeded my expectations in every way! The flavors were absolutely delightful, taking my taste buds on a delicious journey. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with a satisfying texture that added to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant di
The food was good, although a little salty, but overall it was definitely not worth the price tag. Definitely get the toro ssam bap (for the experience). Wagyu ramen was the highlight, but it would definitely be too heavy to finish in your own so it’s best to share.
[One star ⭐️ Michelin] Korea ramyun in NYC awarded with a star five years in a row. The signature A5 Wagyu Ramyun has deep and complex broth while the Gajae Ramyun is super tasty dry noodles with lobster. Super difficult to get a reservation though. 🍜
Both noodles, Gochu Ramen and Lamb Jajjangmyun, were delicious. At the same time, I found them both to be salty, especially the lamb. Be prepared, because you’ll be going through several bottles of water after the meal. Atmosphere was nice, service was good.
