The food was pretty good. The main appetizer everyone raves about ( the Toro Ssam Bap ) is a little overpriced tbh. All the ingredients were super fresh but $84 (w the added uni) for a small appetizer was not entirely worth it IMO. The Gojukchang Bokum was only $13 and extremely tasty and filling (if you’re balling on a budget I highly recommend this). My friend got the Gajae Myun (Lobster Ramyun) while I got the A5 Wagyu Ramyun. He loved his entree - I thought mine was just okay tbh. The meat comes raw and super thin so if you want it cooked just dip it into the broth. Overall great service and atmosphere and ambiance in the restaurant but slightly overpriced.

MUST GET THE BUHSUT RAMYUM. Amazing, unique umami flavored broth and the noodles were perfection. The popular Toro Ssam Bap was delicious. We tried to ribs and gochu ramyum too- they were good, but not amazing. Would pass on those next time.

[One star ⭐️ Michelin] Korea ramyun in NYC awarded with a star five years in a row. The signature A5 Wagyu Ramyun has deep and complex broth while the Gajae Ramyun is super tasty dry noodles with lobster. Super difficult to get a reservation though. 🍜

Thought that a lot of what this made place interesting was the indulgence on fine food ingredients eg caviar, uni etc, with not too many interesting things happening elsewhere. Noodle soups are mild with thin cuts of meat, so the apps are what I remember most. Toro ssam is indulgent and tasty, while the fried chicken is juicy but not necessarily compatible with the sauce and caviar. Overall above average meal but not worth rushing to.

This popular Michelin one star noodle bar has been on my radar for a long time. Very hard to get reservation, I got a last minute same day reservation at 5pm. There’s also a waitlist you can put your name down at the door. The reservation was given 1hr45mins dining time. I finished around 45mins without ordering drinks. Food comes out pretty fast. So if you have time, I’m sure you can get a table with a wait. The interior has high ceiling and pretty romantic setting, they didn’t pack in too many tables to give space to walk around easier. Bar seats are fine too. There are mix reviews of the food. Yes the price is high, but I think for a Michelin star, the food is pretty decent. It’s pricy but they work hard to get that star so they deserve to mark up a bit of their price for the fame. I tried their famous Toro Ssam Bap, it’s a generous portion for $55 you can make about 6-8 small hand rolls, that’s more than you can get from a sushi restaurant. I really enjoyed Their famous wagyu Ramyun. The wagyu beef melt in your mouth. And the broth is so creamy and rich. Not like ramen but very strong bone broth flavor and collagen rich. Not sure I can aftord $45 a bowl of noodle often but definitely worth a try.

The best ramen I have ever had in my life. Service was exemplary and the food was Michelin Star grade. I would whole-heartedly recommend the A5 Wagyu Brisket Ramen as the main course with the Truffle as the appetizer. Reservations are always booked, so plan this trip at least a month in advance!

Jeju hits it out of the park for me. We tried their fried chicken with a dipping sauce and caviar (super good and crazy with it’s complexity) Then we also had the cerviche and mushroom ramen. Only complaint is it was so good that we ate it too fast

We got 2 appetizers and 2 ramyuns for 2 people and were so full that we even got leftovers. We were really impressed with the appetizers. I would definitely come back for the ribs alone, so flavorful and falling-off-the-bone tender. The 2 noodle dishes we got were also good, even though they were quite salty towards the end. The service was immaculate. I heard amazing reviews about the toro ssambap so will come back to try that if I can snatch the reservation again. What we got: Gochu Ramyun (Korean Ramyun cooked in a Spicy Pork Bone Broth with Pork Belly and Kimchi) Ja Jang Style Ribs (Pork Ribs with Maple and Black Bean Glaze) Jeju Fried Chicken (Korean Fried Chicken with Caviar and Yogurt Dip) Truffle Bibim Myun (Korean Bibim Myun with Tofu Moouse, Soy Truffle Duxelle, and Black Truffles)

The food was good, although a little salty, but overall it was definitely not worth the price tag. Definitely get the toro ssam bap (for the experience). Wagyu ramen was the highlight, but it would definitely be too heavy to finish in your own so it’s best to share.

Amazing ramyun noodles and delicious appetizers. The Family Ramyun is a must have, insanely flavorful and not heavy at all (especially compared to typical Japanese ramen). Wasn't the biggest fan of their dry noodle, stick to the ramens! Their toro ssam bap was delicious and so was the Greek yogurt ice cream. As expected from a Michelin star restaurant, great service as expected and pleasant ambience. Insanely value for the quality of the restaurant.
