Underline Coffee - New York City - Photo album

Cool little cafe, tucked underneath the Highline. Looks like it's been here way before this area of Chelsea became gentrified. It's a little hole-in-the-wall, but the coffee is good and staff is attentive and quick to serve. This is the kind of place that defines what makes NYC cool....a bit edgy
Perfect hideaway in West Chelsea. Owner operator is super pleasant and clearly is living his best life. This is exactly the coffee shop to frequent if you have a soul and smile at puppies regularly. There is a Starbucks around the corner for the rest of you. We like it in here...wait, never mind
❤️ Great little coffee shop just under the highline. The layout is nice and there is a good amount of seating. I can definitely see how it would be nice to study or catch up with a friend, maybe even a quaint little date. For me, it's also very close to Chelsea Piers Fitness, so I have a place to gr
Underline Coffee is an absolute must if you're visiting the highline or you're in the general area. The baristas are really friendly and knowledgeable, the milk treatment is great and if you like their espresso blend you'll have a wonderful experience. I personally prefer a washed coffee with my mi
Lovely coffee in a cute space. My flat white was creamy and delicious... plus had a peacock as the foam art. Also served lovely toasts - mine was pear, prosciutto and honey over ricotta. Yum!! Nice baristas and the perfect break from walking the highline.
Yes it's a small place, yes there's a queue, but don't we all have to wait for good things to happen? Patience is a virtue, because team is working hard to accommodate you with your fix. Good tip - you get 10% off your drinks when you bring your own cup!
Best coffee since arriving in Manhattan! It's been very hard to find a decent cappucino as an Aussie in the US, but this place reminded me of home. They will also pour your coffee over ice if you need something cooler on a hot day walking the High Line.
A delightful little artisanal coffee outlet, perfectly situated by the High Line. The coffee (a round of flat whites) was excellent, and the staff were friendly.
Great pour overs, delicious coffee "cocktails", great snack toasts with interesting combinations, plus plugs that saved our phones after a long day! No bathroom though
Very good house coffee, and the toast isn't bad either.
