Spectacular Food and Service !. Where do I start. Volare is an amazing experience from start to finish and in every aspect of the culinary experience. Volare's has always been a big hangout for the Financial Printing community and for good reason. Great food, creative dishes, Wonderful staff who treat you like family. I live in Hong Kong now and go here when I come back for Christmas. Nothing like coming in from the cold to a very warm, friendly and cozy atmosphere. Sal never forgets a name or face and treats everyone like royalty. Every friend I have been to Volare's with has loved this place. It's truly great to come home where most things have changed and find a place you love that is still the same. Sal and Falco, I'll be in NYC for Christmas and looking forward to introducing my wife to Volare's. Absolutely great food and amazing service.
This place is such a classic Italian restaurant. Its been around for such a long time and has built up so much character over the years. Its low-lit rustic feel puts you in the mood to eat. The food is fantastic. The chicken parm is paper thin, the halibut is firm and flavorful. The desserts are rich and thick. Every part of the meal was washed down with great wine. Definitely a great hang out spot for the real ones.
Drinks were great, wait staff on point. Chick parm melt in your mouth. Nice calamari, fresh salad. Definitely worth a visit.
One of the best restaurants I've ever been to; fantastic service, unbelievable food, and a welcoming atmosphere. The first time I'd ever gone, I walked in and immediately felt like I was being greeted by family. Didn't have to wait long during a pretty busy night for each course to be served, and I cannot stress enough the quality of the food or the friendliness/professionalism of the staff.

We hosted my Mother's surprise birthday party here over the weekend and could not have been happier with our experience. Working with Sal, one of the owners, made the planning process smooth and easy. Volare has an excellent reputation, and from our party, it's clear to see why. The food was amazing, the service impeccable and the vibe of the restaurant is so relaxed you feel like you're in your own home surrounded by friends. A wonderful experience! We had my daughter's wedding reception here this past weekend. The food and service were both spectacular and priced very reasonably for NYC. Falco went more than out of his way to execute a tremendous wedding party. Word of advice: come hungry, you'll need the added space.Such a great place! I wish I could come back soon!

Always passed this place when I was a kid. So, took my date here and the service at this place is first class all the way...this is definitely something that is missing from the restaurant business in general. Sal and the staff are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and continuously without fail work the entire room making sure everyone is having a GREAT time. This is a hidden gem in the city....vintage NYC....an amazing experience and Perfect for a first date. Sal, see you soon!

The ultimate dining experience. Sal and staff true pros who make you feel at home from the time you walk in. Outstanding food, even commonly seen menu items are a notch above the rest. Great service every time. Penne porcini world class dish. Cant wait to return!
A neighborhood staple. My girlfriend had the salmon Provencal and I had the pasta arriabata, both dishes were amazing. Our waiter was attentive but gave us privacy. Seating is super comfy and the atmosphere is quite romantic. We can't wait to return.
