Great customer service, super busy joint, at times even lineups outside the door considering it is in the middle of a very busy tourist area in Newyork. Our server was super kind, helped us order shakes. Would definitely go back again!

I love Shake Shack and ended up getting the Shack Stack which was absolutely delicious. There aren’t many seats available (8 stools to be exact) inside but there is a bit seating area outside. The place was clean and it’s usually pretty busy so the service is a bit slow.
I just got the Shack Stack and my total came out to $15 but that’s the price for a burger in the city. It’s worth it though!

Burger was delicious!! In terms of taste, one of the best fast food chains I've tried in the States.
It gets crowded very often and there is not enough tables to sit for everyone which can be frustrating.

Best fries are of shake shack. Wether in London or in newyork they taste the same n are too good
Best part about shake shack is they do not give you a large serving like others they give just appropriate for one person to eat. In most cases fries ho Wats because they are in abundance. I don’t like to waste good.
Thankyou shake shack

The Chickenshack was the star of the show, while the Shackburger was a bit on the greasy side for my taste, it was still decent. Portions could be a bit bigger but, hey, they do satisfy the burger cravings.
The hot dog was good, nothing out-of-this-world but reliable. Just a heads up, the space is a bit limited for dining in. All in all, it’s worth a visit for a quick tasty bite.

While we were in New York City for a short time, we managed to give a try to Shake & Shack restaurant. I had a Shack burger with a gluten-free bun, which was freakingly one of the best buns I have ever eaten. The beef was so juicy and flavourful, and the French fries were so crispy. Even though I'm not a milkshake girl, we ordered a chocolate milkshake, as well, that was incredibly delicious with a milky, creamy and less sweet texture. The location is pretty amazing with a patio where we enjoyed our dinner. They are opening their first location in Toronto, Canada and hoping to receive the same texture and deliciousness. If not, well, I'm heading down to New York again😋😍

Shake Shack burgers are great. They're juicy, fatty, and full of flavor. The only issue is the price. It's starting to get way too expensive.

First time ever eating at any Shake Shack. It was good, I do wish you got more lettuce on your sandwich. It seemed a little too laid back in the back, but that could just be the atmosphere they promote for their workers.
