Food is amazing. Service could use work. Not a great set up in a tight space—staff and other patrons constantly running into our chairs, table, and each other. Still giving it 5 stars which is how good the food was ha.

I can’t deny that this place is one of the best spot in Hell’s Kitchen and became my favorite so far.
Since I came here at the first time, I always think about when will I come back here again? What a perfect place to spend time and enjoy eating.
All foods are charming and very tasty. All servers are very attentive and friendly. This is what we feel we want to come back.
I would like to recommend Goong Yang because this refers to how authentic Thai river grilled shrimp. I was a goosebumps when I tried this. Felt like enjoy this by the beach.
Also Fried fish with Chu-chee curry, this one made me feel so happy for no reason, the taste is so amazing and authentic.
I hope you all like this place and enjoy their foods here.

Delicious food and drinks, cool atmosphere, and great service! I really enjoyed my dinner here and will be coming back! Tomyum soup was my favorite and the pad Thai was delicious! :)

Had a wonderful dinner at LumLum. The taro fritters were great with the sauce. Loved the peanuts in it! Pad Thai was also delicious. 👌

As much as I want to give this place 5 stars I have to be true and fair. Everything was great except the service the server was nice but the person bringing the food was a bit rude and just dropped the food on the table without asking who ordered the specific food. This needs to be fixed because I think this restaurant deserves a Michelin Star.
We ordered a variety of food, everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS as a foodie who tried different Thai restaurant in New York this place is my top 1!
Follow @bouffage.nyc in IG to see what we ordered. I also attached some food we got.

The food at LumLum is absolutely excellent, and they stay true to their recipes as I tried to request less spice in my dish, but they said that they couldn't alter the recipe. For me, that was a signal that the kind of Thai food I was ordering was truly authentic. I had one of their curries, and most of my friends ordered noodle dishes, which they all liked.
I loved the decor and the space, but the restaurant itself is a bit crowded. There's barely any room to walk around, and for my party of 5, we really had to scoot close together and move the table to allow the party behind us to get up and leave / use the bathroom / etc.
I would come here again, just with a smaller group.

One of the best Thai places in NYC. I love the watermelon appetizer, crab fried rice, and curry shrimp. The Thai iced tea with milk is pretty good.

In a neighborhood known for Thai restaurants, the food at LumLum didn’t stand out for us. It was good overall, but it wasn’t memorable for me to return. Especially when we had to wait for a table even with a reservation; it was a tiny restaurant, which was packed when we visited in August. There were miscommunications with the waiter where she ordered dishes that we just asked her for her opinion.
We ended up with the spicy beef tartare as the appetizer, which was overpowered by the salty spicy sauce. I’d not recommend.
The entree portions were generous: we enjoyed the steamed fish with Thai herbs and green curry with crispy duck. Both dishes were delicious, but again, nothing out of the ordinary.
We will stick to our usual Thai joint over by Valla Table.

I headed to Hell’s Kitchen in NYC for dinner with my cousin. I have to admit, I was a bit irritated at first because the host seemed to be ignoring me. Finally, when he did notice me, he asked me to wait until my friend arrived. Despite the place being packed, we were seated pretty swiftly, thanks to our reservation.
We decided to try the pad Thai and pad see ew, and both were alright, although not the best I’ve ever had. The watermelon salad, on the other hand, was a delightful surprise.

A heritage address for proper Thai comes correct again in new form. The seafood heavy menu has lots of unconventional highlights, and the basics bring it together strongly too. Nice to have yet another location for real 🇹🇭 in an area well known for it.
