Chick-fil-a

It is in the middle of Manhattan and it is very busy. But, they still offer the same great service and with a smile. The team on the floor is always making sure tables are clean and ready as soon as one becomes available. Be prepared to wait for a table because it will be a minute. Prices are higher than usual. But again, it is still worth it.

Our first time visiting the US and we’ve got to say we’re very impressed. The cashier called Josh couldn’t have been more upbeat and helpful with us. He was friendly and made the ordering process easy and gave us his recommendations. This is the first time trying a chick-fil-a in my life and it’s the best fast food place i’ve ever been too and this specific restaurant is clean and tidy

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The food....Oh my goodness, it was out of this world! The chicken sandwiches were juicy, the nuggets were flavorful, and those waffle fries... I could eat them all day! What impressed me the most was how smoothly things ran, even when it was busy. The line moved quickly, but they never rushed you through. The team at Chick-fil-A knows how to keep things efficient without sacrificing quality. Props to them for keeping it cool under pressure!

As always 5/5 you pay for quality food, quality service in a clean and inviting space. I’m still fascinated with the output from the kitchens but I was lucky enough to see behind the scenes when they first opened in NYC and the attention to detail re processes they had that I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. $24.65 for Spicy Chicken Deluxe burger, waffle fries, 4 chicken strips and a coke. Expensive when when comparing to any UK brands but a step above.

Ample space, very courteous staff. I normally don’t leave reviews for fastfood joints but the staff here deserves to be commended even if I can only do it via Google reviews. The front staff taking your orders are just very nice and sweet you’d think you’re not in New York City (lol). I am used to this kind of hospitality in the South and it’s quite refreshing to experience that here in NYC. I was craving a chicken sandwich at 10 in the morning and after a failed attempt at getting it in another fastfood joint, I tried this Chick-fil-A. I was sure it wasn’t ready at the time but the guy taking my order was so nice and told me that they can make it if I had ten minutes to wait (and I did). I know it was such a small thing to some people but it truly meant so much to me and elevated my mood for the entire day.

Listen, they’ve got chicken. It’s delicious. I was even surprised by how good their chicken on a biscuit breakfast sandwich is. Don’t forget the chick-fil-a sauce. It would be 5 stars, but there’s some serious hate going on with chick-fil-a corporate so I had to drop them one. What can I say though, the chicken do be good. Classic

Another tourist item to tick off the list conveniently located close to Herald Square. Went for a spicey chicken burger with waffle fries all washed down with a Dr Pepper, really tasty and lives up to all the hype. Tried all the sauces while I was at it, the zesty buffalo caused me to have a ring of fire moment the next morning. Speedy and efficient service.
