It was an amazing experience. The food was too delicious. They had great cocktail menu as well. Tried couple of different ones and both were great. Must try is their falafel and so is fried halloumi. Wanted Roy tu their beetroot hummus but it was not available, would definitely visit again.

Had some of the best Mediterranean food here. Very clean presentation, nothing too overly done. The dishes were full of flavours even the kebabs were marinated & bbq’d to perfection. The ambience was quite chill and the servers were very attentive. Definitely coming back on our next NYC trip!

Great vegetarian options, the falafel and za’atar fries were a knockout! Portion sizes are smaller. Really lovely atmosphere, we sat in the closed heated patio and it felt nice!

We went during lunch on a weekday and were able to get a seat without reservation. Food was very good all around. Never had fried halloumi cheese before and it was very tasty in their fattoush salad 😋 the mushrooms in their dishes were grilled nicely and the spices fit well with their dishes. Food feels healthy and not greasy and I feel like I can eat many dishes here without feeling like it's boring or too much of the one thing.
Service staff is friendly and can recommend you dishes, and the atmosphere is very nice. They have a room in the back where the wallpaper were all plants and feels like a sunroom since the roof lets in a lot of light.

While the flavors here are undeniably fantastic, there's room for improvement in terms of portion sizes. Paying $11 for a small plate of hummus felt a bit disappointing, especially when dining with a group. It might not be the best choice for a larger party looking to share dishes due to the relatively small portions in relation to the cost.
However, the quality of service and the charming ambiance truly stood out, making it a worthwhile experience overall.
P.S Zattar Fries and Chicken Kebab stole the show, definitely try those out!

Shuka is truly one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The vibe is on point, the service is outstanding every single time I go, and the food comes out hot and full of flavor. Consistency at the highest standards is what sets the best restaurants like Shuka apart from the rest. Brunch and dinner are both incredible…highly recommend!

Went there last week for brunch, the food is delicious! (Mediterranean) If you like olives, feta cheese and all that Mediterranean flavor this one of the place to go. I got a huge puff bread and two poached eggs in some sauce, olives and cheese i oil with herbs it was yammyyyy !!🤪. The waiter was very friendly, you may seat outside or in. Prices are reasonable. I truly loved what I had and the proof is on the second photo🤣🤣bread doesn’t look big in photo but it is!; sorry I don’t have the name of the dish and was told also that the menu changes. Hope you can visit it when in NYC

This restaurant is an absolute gem, with amazing food, amazing location and amazing service! We had the pleasure to have Dianna as our hostess and she was wonderful. She made some awesome recommendations, she was super friendly and the service was quick.
The portion sizes are quite generous so going with a few friends is definitely recommended if you want to try a bunch of different options. Their dips (especially the Muhammara) were sublime and served with freshly baked pitas. The Mezzes all sounded delicious but we settled on the fried Halloumi (which had the most perfect crust and this very tangy sauce to accompany it) and the crispy cauliflower (which were so zesty and crispy and served with a delicious aïoli), both recommended by Dianna and we were not disappointed! We then rounded out the meal with the steak and tuna kebabs, which again, came perfectly seared and each with their own layers of flavors.
If you happen to be in the area and want some amazing Mediterranean food, Shuka should be pretty high on your list!
On a side note, they also have lunch menus for weekdays and a brunch menu on weekends which we will have to come back and try!

This place is super popular, so making a reservation is recommended. Still had to wait a few minutes for our outdoor table even with a reservation. The food was delicious and flavorful, the Moroccan iced mint tea was refreshing, and the service was attentive. The outdoor seating isn’t very comfortable and the table wobbled a bit. It also gets kind of loud. I would definitely go back here again.

Had a brunch here. Good thing we made a reservation. Make yours if you want to try out this place! From beginning to the end, there was nothing where i thought “this is bleh”. Service was prompt, continuous check up was appreciated and the price is definitely fair. It made me get more whiskey! Definitely give it a shot. If you live in the neighborhood, this should be your stable
