Fantastic date spot in West Village. Cozy interior and options for outdoor seating. Authentic French cuisine and vibes. Loved the cocktails and service was friendly and quick. Went here for brunch before a jazz show nearby. Highly recommend.

We had an intimate wedding dinner here the Saturday of Thanksgiving. We walked into a charming, warm, inviting atmosphere, and felt immediately happy. All the staff was friendly, efficient, informative, unobtrusive and yet attentive. We LOVED it! They set up the tables in such a way that we were all able to enjoy each other (a party of 20). It wasn't too noisy, we could hear(!) and it seemed maybe they turned the music down, which certainly helped! The atmosphere was the perfect ambiance for this occasion, and the food was fantastic! Everyone's still talking about how delicious everything was, and a few at the party are already planning their next visit to eat the delicious food again.Pleasant wines too. The food and wine were generous. Highly recommend for a party or date night. Thank you to the everyone for making the evening special.

Amazing dinner! Excellent service, helpful, not invasive, great recomendations. Food was great: delicious loup de mercado, great shrimps on ratatouille and oysters with mignonette. Worth every cent. Will come back for sure!

4/5: Good (but not out-of-this-world) food, attentive service, and decent seating.
Came here for lunch on a Sunday with a date. We came in as a walk-in and they gladly welcomed us. We chose to sit outside, but both the inside and outside looked quite pretty and I don't think you can go wrong with either. Do note that there is only 1 bathroom inside so you may have to wait to use it, unfortunately.
For starters, we ordered the Escargots de Bourgogne. The escargot was quite good; the garlic and parsley butter it was soaked it added much-needed flavor, and we finished the dish wishing there were more than just 6 pieces.
For the main, we ordered Truffle Mac N Cheese and Risotto aux Champignons. Both dishes were good, but not spectular. The Mac N Cheese had somewhat of a liquid-y consistency towards the bottom that made it almost soupy, which isn't normal for mac and cheese. This definitely weakened the dish. The Risotto was also good, but not great, as it had a similar liquidy, soupy consistency to it that made it strange in terms of texture. However, both dishes were still tasty; just nothing incredible. Portion-wise were quite alright as we both actually struggled to finish our dishes.
This restaurant is labeled as a French restaurant, but it definitely steers away from that a bit, as some menu options (e.g., Mac and Cheese, Risotto, French Toast, Avocado Toast, etc.) wouldn't be so commonplace in restaurants in France. This isn't a negative, but rather a good thing to keep in mind should you choose to eat here.
The service here was excellent. Our waiter would come out as needed to check up on us and ask us how things were and how we liked our meals.
Overall, a very solid option for French food in the village. I recommend coming here if you're looking for French fare in a small, quaint restaurant with indoor or outdoor seating.

When I’m in town I come here about once a week if not more… every time it’s amazing. The atmosphere makes me feel as though I’m back in Europe, regardless of whether I’m there in the winter or summer season. Every dish is amazing! Have shared the lamb, loup de mer, onglet de bouef, paired with one of their salads. I would recommend any and all of the dishes.
Usually come without a reservation and they generally manage to find us a spot without any wait.
Thank you for the outstanding service. Excited to come here every time!

St Tropez never fails to amaze me! The first time at their Soho restaurant was unforgettable, and their ratatouille stole my heart. Now, at West Village, celebrating my friend's birthday, I was even more impressed. The friendly waitress and delectable dishes made it a perfect night. I'm completely obsessed!
