J’ai passé un très bel anniversaire avec mon petit ami. Le lieu est très romantique et le personnel très aimable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

From start to finish the meal was delicious. The charred octopus accompanied with crispy potatoes and herbs was tender and flavorful. I highly recommend Peekytoe crabmeat with mango on cumin crackers. Veal Milanese served with arugula and heirloom tomato salad very fresh with perfect amount of dressing. Savory NY Strip Steak with mushrooms served over asparagus is a MUST have. Our server was very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant. Try it. For sure.

Had brunch here. Pancakes and salad were good, the crispy skin chicken a bit plain. Tuna tartare was closer to a healthy taco and definitely my favourite. Service was pleasantly personal. Would recommend, but only for parties up to 4, as that is the maximum capacity for tables directly by the window, by far the nicest in the restaurant.

One of the best meals and dining experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant atmosphere is perfect for a chill night. Great cocktails and small plates to share. The tartine is classic. Amazing burger and duck breast. You genuinely can’t go wrong ordering anything here. The servers are knowledgeable and super friendly and the chefs are incredible.

Super cute restaurant in UES with beautiful cutleries and decor. It really feels like a cute little restaurant - perfect for girls brunch. We got burrata and two salads for lunch with a slice of carrot cake to top it off. The food itself wasn’t astonishing but was good quality, out of the two salads the chicory and apple one was more unique and stood out more. Carrot cake was definitely good as well.

The service and food was wonderful but it was about 95 degrees in the restaurant. We were so hot and unfortunately very close to the back of the restaurant. I applaud the staff but if they had informed us that the AC was broken we would have changed to a different night for our splurge dinner. Like the table next to us we faned ourselves. We should have asked for a different table like the 3 other couples who asked to move aa a result of the heat. It was hard to enjoy our delicious meal but the food was yummy and hopefully next time we will have better luck.

Quite a popular place for brunch - one day in advance all the indoor tables were fully booked. Our favorite was the broccoli and kale salad - the vinaigrette dressing was very appetizing and overall a salad brought to another level. The pancakes were pretty good as well - fluffy and not too sweet - just wish they were not served that lukewarm and some butter or cream or jam would definitely make them shine. The avocado toast was very mysterious - ascetic was the word that came to mind, just avocado and toast and not much flavor, and you were not appealed to have one more bite. In sum the food was decent but I’ve had so many brunches better than that.

We had dinner here during New York Restaurant Week and had an excellent experience. We had three courses and all of the food was fresh and delicious. Alex served us and was wonderful, providing great service and recommendations on wine/cocktails. Will be returning!

A fancy spin on farm to table dining, in a tiny townhouse in the upper East side. Definitely try the Ginger margarita if you like cocktails, it's lightly sweetened and just right. Try the Sea bass and the roasted chicken as an entree. Share them! The carrot cake in the end was the best I've had, not too sweet, not too dense, and a perfect ratio of frosting. It was nice to see JoJo as well!

Delicious place to get brunch, very similar to the one in Europe: sourdough bread, burrata is very good, and the poached eggs were excellent

Anybody who doesn't give this place 5 out of 5 stars across the board is just salty. JoJo is the BOMB. It's a small place and a small bar. Yes, the bar is going to get packed. Yes, you might have to wait -- who cares, get a reservation. Food was outstanding. Rack of lamb was outstanding. Chicken was outstanding. Tuna lettuce wraps were outstanding. Mushrooms were outstanding. Vibe and atmosphere were outstanding. Waiter (whose name I forgot - I apologize) was a super cool, genuinely nice guy from up near Elmira. I'm boring and like doing the same things and going the same places repeatedly. I will go back here every time I'm in NYC. It was amazing.

TL:DR - FANTASTIC food, service & atmosphere. There was a party in my mouth. Okay, 3 visits, I'm ready to review. This most recent visit was AMAZINGGGGGG. 1st visit - 5pm / I got the duck. My first time was SO great that I eagerly booked a reservation for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday to treat myself and my husband from 3 days of cooking and dishes. 2nd visit - Thanksgiving/Th/8pm. wonky one-off on Thanksgiving where the food was, well, not good. My husband ( an ex michelin star chef) wrote some choice words that made me cringe with secondhand embarrassment. The restaurant reached out to us to rectify the situation because their service is amazing. 3rd visit - typical Th /8pm. Wow. Wow. WOW. THIS is what I had been trying to show my husband for Thanksgiving. The flavors SANG. I generally avoid tartare because the texure makes my skin crawl. But I gave it a try, and OH MY GOSH, I'm a believer. It was slightly spicy, then salty, then cooled down it was a whole experience. His seafood salad was SUPER fresh, my gosh. The sauce was fingerlicking good. I had to hold on to my decorum for dear life as I ladeled sauce over the remaining avocado and just DESTROYED that appetizer. Moving on to the Crispy Organic Chicken HOOOO. As a black woman, I expected you know, some dry salty chicken. Gosh, it was juicy, bursting with flavor. The accompanying potatoes with dill were amazing. I think I broke a record eating so fast. Shouout to our favorite server Luna for always making our experience pleasant.
