Blue Seafood Bar - New York City - Photo album

Pretty decent seafood joint. A tad pricey but where isn't? At least for 18$ the clam chowder has actual clams in shells as embellishment. The squid ink risotto is a bit salty. Needn't be. A good place for a solo visit and that's always a plus to me. Also, tapas and pizza for the non seafood eaters.
this has became one of my go to spots in the neighborhood. everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. the food is so good *chefs kiss* literally the BEST espresso martini. they have a great happy hour 4-7 than again 10 til closing which is amazing. 10/10
Very very nice place in HK. Ambience is great, loved the interior. Cocktails were very good (get the habanero). Charcuterie was a great start and portions were generous. Oysters were some of the best I’ve had in NY (a bit pricey but the freshness and quality (and maybe the cocktails) made it ok
Great ambiance. We stopped but for happy hour. They presentation of each dish is beautiful. The hostess and waist were great as well. I especially enjoyed the pizza and thevoysters....will definitely be back.
Incredible food and service at Blue! We stumbled upon Blue by chance but we now feel it will become a top 5 restaurant for us. The restaurant was cozy and stylish, each seating location felt unique. Our server, Mihaela, who handled the serving of the entire floor with ease was incredibly kind and a
It was my girlfriend's birthday and she loved it! We ate grilled seafood and it was beyond my expectation! Service was great and food was amazing. I will definitely visit here again and highly recommend if you like seafoods!
What an awesome experience! Started T the bar for happy hour. Gabriella was a great bartender and took great care of us. Appys were great, oysters were so fresh. Dinner was outstanding. Highly recommend the bacalao. What a dish! It was awesome.
Came here after the Broadway show. We had a great seafood dinner. Seafood tower and seafood patter, omg, all I can say that we were stuffed. The waitress was nice and fast, no wait time since we came late but still you should make your reservation, I can see this place is very popular during the day
A great intimate restaurant, with a nice airy white marble interior, and a really nice curved bar near the entrance. The food is priced fairly for the quality that you get. I had the seafood salad which wasn’t cheap, but I thought worth it.
Great fresh seafood. The four of us unanimously agreed the fresh seafood was spot on. The Scallop Carpaccio is absolutely creamy with a perfect blend of saltiness which against the cucumber was harmony on our mouths. We didn’t eat any cooked food (yet) and did not have a drink (yet as well). This
Went for Sunday brunch and the food was incredible. Very authentic. She got the lobster buratta and I got the grilled seafood sampler and we got a bottle of the house champagne for like $30. Our server I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and knew the whole menu front and back.
Went here for a solo date. It wasn’t particularly busy, yet service still took quite some time to get everything out. For such a small space, I had some difficulty trying to get my server’s attention. Besides that, the oysters were delicious, my cocktail was refreshing, but the bread trio was just o
Brilliant. Beautiful marble bar. Decor reminiscent of Paris. Delightful menu. I had the Linguine with Clam and was transported. The happy hour special of bubbles with a dozen oysters is a treat. I will be back numerous times to sample the rest of the menu. Euro, special, specific and sublime. Servic
Great find in hells kitchen. Seafood is the feature. We had lobster, salmon, and mixed seafood over squid ink pasta. We also had several tapas and charcuterie. All were very fresh and lightly prepared.
On top of having one of the best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, the food here is delicious. New England clam chowder, scallop carpaccio, and pasta all worth every penny. It’s clear the kitchen enjoys what they’re doing and off comes through in the food.
I had an amazing lunch at Blue today! As soon as you step in, it’s almost like you’re not in Manhattan anymore - the decor inside is beautiful and charming, and the service is extremely personable and attentive. Upon talking to my waiter more, we found out that the restaurant is a sister to Medi Win
Wow! Such an amazing restaurant. We were greeted by such a sweet hostess and server, and the food was also amazing. You really get good value for what you’re paying for. The ambiance inside is wonderful as well! So warm and welcoming. Will be coming back!
Really great food and atmosphere with very attentive staff. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. I loved the oysters and brick oven pizza especially. The meat and cheese platter was really great too.
Had the special: seafood squid ink linguine with half lobster. Soo fresh! Service was really good. They were proactive on taking orders and bringing a lovely water bowl for washing hands :)
