Great place to grab a cup of coffee. Everything is $2 including the sandwiches! I couldn't believe how tasty the egg and avocado sandwich was! Baristas really know what they are doing, happy to make a custom drink to order. Muffins were very fresh. Had a flat white and was very happy with it.

A solid large iced latte at $3.25, with a deep roasty flavor. Service is quick and the location next to port authority is great - you're much better off relaxing here before a long bus ride than at the Starbucks inside

Coffee was really nice and the service is fast. Egg and cheese bagel was really tasty, especially $3! We came the next morning to get more before we left the city.

Love this place. Great macchiatos* and quick service even if there’s a line! *real espresso macchiatos, thankyouverymuch. Not the green mermaid version.

We recently stayed at a nearby hotel and made several early morning stops at the Corvo Coffee shop at the corner of 40th Street an 9th Ave. in Hell's Kitchen. Tried several coffee shops in the area during this trip, this was our favourite. Opening hours are from 6am to 7pm daily. Seating area is rather limited at Corvo and there seemed to be a queue each time we passed by, regardless of time of day. Even before 7am, we had to wait for a handful of others picking up espressos and other coffee drinks before making their move. Queue moved fairly quickly so our waits were never long. All standard coffee drinks are conveniently priced at $2. A bit worried this would mean low-grade coffee, we were surprised to find the double espresso to taste quite good, bold but not bitter with a nice finish. Americano wasn't bad, even if 12 ounces is too much hot water to add to espresso. There are scrumptious breads, pastries and a few sweet foods served up at Corvo as well. On one of the mornings we passed by we tried a almond croissant that was decent. It was a heavier than we like for croissants and the layers weren't more chewy than flaky. However, it didn't cost much and tasted decent. Overall, not a bad little coffee shop and certainly affordable for those looking for a quick cup of black and morning bite to eat. Would have no problem visiting again if we were to stay in this area of the city during future visits to NYC.

Coffee was great, atmosphere was lacking (not a big deal if you’re just grabbing a coffee on the go). Ordered a latte made with almond milk. Always nice when there are non-dairy options. Prices were great especially compared to other NYC places.

Nice coffee and well positioned as an alternative to the sea of Starbucks that surrounds it. It could have been a tad cleaner when I visited (just some spilt coffee and tissues around) but still worth the visit.

Pretty decent cappuccino and chocolate almond croissant. This is a great place for people like me who drink coffee 10 times a day since everything on their menu is $2.
