Tacombi

Small focused menu, with every dish we had being awesome. The atmosphere is dark, as in lighting, and the seating is cramped on wobbly stools. But, a small price to pay for a great taco. The best 9ne was the shrimp cheese spectacular, wrapped in a layer of fried cheese. The seared fish was great, the chicken was OK. The bean and cheese burrito was great, stuffed with crunch from vegetables. Definitely get the chips and guacamole, freshly crushed. There are two salsas in plastic bottles on the table, the green one is yum!

So far, I have been to the Queens and Manhattan locations, and I have to say they are identical when it comes down to operating a business, and that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. The customer service, along with the atmosphere, not to forget the waiters/waitresses and finally the pollo yucateco😋(extra cebollas). Spot on point. They accept apple and Samsung pay, plus the drinks look amazing. Definitely 1st date and maybe more restaurant. Great job and see you guys soon.

I’m generally picky about tacos, and these were delicious. I enjoyed the carnitas the most. I was also highly impressed with the service; on a crowded Saturday evening, our waiter was highly attentive, efficient, and made sure to double check on dietary restrictions. My only complaints: It was a bit loud and crowded with backless stools, but overall good vibe. The guac is much too expensive — not that good with slightly stale chips

I liked the open circulation of air through the space - made it feel like a proper summer vibe. Food is good although more expensive than Los Tacos for comparable quality. Wanted to love the Birria but found it way too greasy even for a hedonist like me. Not a bad spot if you want a sit-down destination for your taco fix.
