This was last December 2018. It is like a food court type of resto sitting in the middle of Manhattan. Wide food selection from rice meals, burgers, sandwiches, doughnuts, coffee drinks and juices. My friend said the place is quite famous! We tried their glazed doughnuts and it did not disappoint! We even got some to-go and brought it home.

I came here after seeing pictures of this place on instagram and it did not disappoint!! The location is great, they have many different options for food places, suchi, sweets, coffee etc. the decorations are really slick as well. My coffe and nutella donut was delicious. My favorite part was the nice big windows all around that give it such a nice view of the busy streets! Love thsi place will definitely be back!

Getting a seat is not always easy. Before 3pm you can try sitting in the dark section in front of the bleacher seats, I believe it's named District M and the District M staff won't really bother you unless it's after 3pm from my experience. If earlier than 3, grab a table and feel no guilt. They might've changed the rules but that's how it was the last time I was at City Kitchen. CK has empanadas, lobster rolls, sushi, donuts, ramen soups, etc. The section near the top of the bleachers is still CK and it's the prime seating for CK. I believe you can eat on the bleachers too and I believe the bleachers are part of CK officially. If you're thinking the setup sounds weird, well, it is weird sort of, but it's cool with a hint of chic.... Tough to explain in words but if someone says CK is a "food court", well, I wouldn't disagree. It sort of is. Keep in mind that District M is a proper dining experience with wait staff and menus. CK leans more toward self-serve/casual with "menus" that are up high near the ceiling. You can access CK directly from the street, or you can go into the Row Hotel and walk up and past the hotel elevators.

City Kitchen is a small food court on the 2nd floor of the Row Hotel. I ate at Kuro-Obi. I had the namesake dish with an egg ($13 + $2). It was the best ramen I've ever had. So much so, that I'm wondering what was wrong with all the other ramen dishes I've had! The broth was delicious and the pork belly was excellent. All in all the place was really quiet on a Friday night at 9pm.

Great food options. We tried a few different ones. Walking distance from time square and broadways. Would of given 5 star but seating was difficult. I would eat there again.

It was okay! I normally go for the ramen. First time trying their doughnuts, and I didnt really like it. I wish there were more vendors!

Loved the views from this second story food court, catch a seat at the bar if you can. Coffee was great and so were the donuts — loved the dulce de leche, if only we had space for more! Both the lobster roll and ramen were delicious too.

This place was perfect for me between Harry Potter shows. It wasn't crowded around 5:30pm, has lots of options. Not a lot of seating but enough. And kept me dry from the rain! I ordered from Gabriela's and Dough. The shrimp taco was ok. My shrimp was slightly tough but the flavors were great. The veggie empanada was so good. The hibiscus doughnut was also good. It was later in the day so it probably wasn't as fresh as it could be but I still liked it.

Very nice place to go before a movie or broadway play. Staff is friendly and place is located a fight up. Many food selections to choose from. Nice view of the street. I was in a rush so had a quick coffee and donuts. Great donuts selection here.
