Shake Shack Midtown East

For the first time, I went to a Shake Shack in Manhattan that customizes your order without speaking to a cashier, and you have the option to have it delivered to you with or without putting in your number for notification! The cheeseburger and bacon fries were delicious! Packed with flavor and spice in every bite. I would come back every break during my shift from work Downtown.

In one word: perfect! Thanks for the friendlyness of the staffs, the delicous food, the good Oreo shakes, the clean and calm restaurant-atmosphere🥰 It was a very, very, VERY nice experience and i would ABSOLUTELY recommend it!🥰 If you like to end your day with a nice date in New York with your boyfriend: visit this Shake Shack!❤️

Excellent location, quick service and 5 star customer service. I’ve been to many shake shack locations and this one wasn’t busy at all especially for what is expected to be rush hour. There was ample seating space, clean store and service with a smile. My food was delivered to my table in a reasonable amount of time and it was all good. No complaints, the entire staff is incredible and every so often they go round to the tables checking if everything is ok.

This was our first ever Shake Shack experience as we were visiting from Canada. What caught our attention the most was the highly professional kitchen. Staff looked to truly be enjoying themselves and doing what was best for the customer. The food was made to order and seemed very fresh. The only negative was that it was very pricey for what is kind of fast food. A meal for four people cost much more than we were used to. But it was a positive experience. If we lived in the USA, it would certainly be a treat place. I had the smoke shack and a root beer float. I am not a huge fan of there not being combos and having to buy everything separate, but again, minor. We were also really happy to see they had small ketchup cups that you can get yourself. Most places in Canada have moved to ketchup packets. The inside seating area was full, so we sat outside on the patio. That was fine as it was a sunny day. Awesome first trip to Shake Shack, even if some of the locals don't think it's that great.
