Shake Shack Upper East Side

Simply delicious! First time dining at Shake Shack and this experience did not disappoint. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of patty which was seasoned and grilled to perfection. Cheese fries was also a hit and we washed it all down with a chocolate shake. Yum! On top of that, the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Thank you!

Stopped by Shake Shack in the heart of NYC and was blown away! The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and those crinkle-cut fries? Absolute perfection. Can't leave without mentioning their rich and creamy shakes – a total game-changer. An iconic spot in the city that truly lives up to the hype. Can't wait to be back!

Hands down it’s my favourite location in the city. Have both dined in and ordered takeout from here. There’s usually a queue upon entering but I usually take the short time to figure out exactly what I want. Wait time is not too long and you watch them freshly prepare your food. Delivery, on the other hand, always arrives extremely quickly. I absolutely adore their shack burgers. I’ve never had a bad tasting or even a bad looking one in all the years I’ve been. The beef is of a good quality and the lettuce and tomato are fresh and crisp. The patties are well seasoned. The chicken sandwich is also very tasty too- honestly, it’s definitely one of the better fast food chicken sandwiches out there. Their milkshakes are always on point. Literally every single one of them are so good. Only downside really are their fries. I’ve never been a fan of them, and I find them really hit and miss. To me, even on their best days, the fries are only just OK and nothing special.

Perfect place for a hot cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. Friendly staff and fast service makes Shake Shack an amazing place to grab a quick bite. Smash burgers were flavorful and piping hot with melty cheese. The chicken sandwich was also blistering hot in a good way and the sauce and pickles were the best combination for this sandwich. There's some seating indoors and a bit of an outdoor area for seating as well. Hot cheeseburgers in the winter never tasted better!

Great burgers and shakes, lot of outdoor seating as well as indoor and nice staff. We had the chicken shack and the shack stack (cheeseburger and shroom burger patties) and both were pretty good. The Chicken shack while more expensive than McDonald's felt more tasty to me, but Chick-fil-A chicken burger is slightly better. We also had the black and white shake which was quite good and they allowed us to split it into two cups to share it.
