great shop! sometimes hard to find a seat, but there’s an upstairs seating area as well. food and coffee is always good and prices are decent for the city. the staff is lovely! i highly recommend the coffee subscription if you live or work near a Pret- it pays for itself if you get 3 or more coffees

This Pret is busy all day long. The employees are relatively fast. I think the place can be a little less messy, but that may be a result of how busy it is. Latte and flat whites are prepared perfectly.
