Shake Shack is Shake Shack. You know you’re getting good food. N’ough said.

I really like this fast-food chain, I would definitely prefer it over McDonald’s or Burger King. Their fries tastes good (there’s also an option with cheese but I like the original one), Cheeseburger with a lot of veggies inside and juicy patty, the shakes are also amazing but too sweet for my taste. In this location they have outside sitting options.

Order on Tablet at night. The burger is tiny but very delicious. A little on the pricy side but very tasteful. Would eat here again. This area is safe. Washrooms are clean. Lots of people here at night. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Walkable distance from World Trade Center Hotels.

Stopped by for dinner while in NYC. Overall, I thought the food was excellent. Great burgers and good shakes. I do like 5 guys better for both burgers and shakes because they allow better customization (more toppings). Also, our order was incorrect. They didn't add bacon to the smokehouse shack burger, and one of the shakes did not come with malt added, although we paid for it.

I'm always happy to pick up Shake Shack and the burgers never disappoint. The toppings are delicious and I enjoy their bacon cheese fries. My dog loved the burgers too! The frozen custard was a must for the hot summer weather.

I work nearby and I visit this spot quietly often, however I never had a chance to dine-in because I’m always “ON GO” that means “I’m always running” but y’all wouldn’t understand. Shack’s menu was changed while I was out of city, they used to have a lemonade and this fries option that comes with some type of hot sauce (in Spanish we say picante, ay Dios mio) but they don’t have them anymore, I’m not saying it’s frustrating but it furies me cuz that was my fav type of fries to go (to order) smh. I mean you guys can add new flavors or more stuff on Shack’s menu and remove those ones that are underrated like “organic apple juice” or even “avocado bacon chicken” I’m just saying tho, don’t get me wrong. Just bring ‘em back. 😅 I’m extremely satisfied, the morning and noon shift are completely professional, friendly and… Idk but yea, that’s all I had say! Byeeeeee ✌🏾

The Shack burger is constantly one of the best smash style burgers one can buy, pretty iconic throughout the city, this location tends to get busy for lunch but all other times are fairly quick. One of my personal favorites and the standard I hold other smash style burger places to. If you stick to the usual menu of shack burger, cheese fries and something like a milkshake you won’t be disappointed. Burgers are always juicy, sauce is right, everything is perfect. It’s the optimal burger delivery. The shack has a few competitors like (In-and-out burgers in Cali) and other boutique burger places, but for a chain this is top notch. If you are on the fence and have never tried shake shack, please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one.

I’ve been to a couple shake shacks, and this one is probably my favourite bc the employees were just so nice and funny. Of course, the food is always great, so no complaints there, but the service was the real differentiator. Always always order the cheese fries. And the double’s always worth it!

We have Shake Shack in the UK but never tried it, this was nearby so thought why not. It was very busy for a Wednesday lunch time, after placing my order I waited around 20-30m for the food to be ready. The food itself was tasty, fresh and good ingredients, chips were crunchy and fluffy. I don’t have the UK comparison but the total came up to ~$23 (£20) which to me is crazy for a takeout lunch!

It's Halloween weekend here in downtown NY so it's busy. The food was hot and tasty. The cashier was friendly and welcoming and there was a worker cleaning tables in and outside the restaurant. Overall quick and easy.
