Food 8/10 Broth very complex and flavorful!! Huge huge portions and they were very generous with the amount of beef tendons in each bowl. I just wished the noodles were bouncier, so that took down the ratings a bit. We also ordered the dumplings, but those highkey tasted like they could’ve been from the supermarket. Cash only. Atmosphere 6/10 A little cold inside the restaurant, the tables were a little tight. Service 8/10 Speedy speedy service. I appreciated that.

While at work, I was in the mood for some spring rolls and some soup. So I tried tasty hand. The fried vegetable spring rolls were ok, gave me enough to be full, and didn't even eat the soup until the next day. Now, the soup was delicious with chicken, beef, and shrimp and definitely will fill you up. You might need to eat half and then the rest another time. I would definitely try other items on the menu.

Really love the cucumber salad and pork & chive dumplings. Service is fast and they make sure you know it’s cash only before you sit. Noodles were what made this spot 4/5 but maybe the beef just wasn’t the way to go, wanted a little more flavor. But the chili oil and vinegar at the table helped.
