If you want good New York style pizza, Fluffy’s has a phenomenal offering. The establishment is clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious, perhaps the best slice of pizza I’ve eaten so far.
But the part of the experience that really made it exceptional was the customer service. The manager/owner went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that reason I give Fluffy’s 5 stars.

The food at Fluffy's cafe has been awesome. My wife and I have been in NY for two weeks and enjoyed their food. From pizzas p, pastas and desserts it's a place to visit when in NY. Well done to the team at Fluffy's.

AMAZING service. Got the gluten-free pizza which was bigger than expected and tasty. It’s the kind that can get soggy if it sits, so plan to eat it quickly if you can. Good prices, tons of options, they even gave us a free bottle of water while we waited. Will come again!

The guy with the Grey shirt that was running the floor (I assume the manager) provided excellent customer service. No one has ever told me about the student discount and I'm glad he was around. I'm giving five stars because themanager was amazing. Other than that the other ppl could work on their customer service a bit. Food was good too.

Great breakfast spot! We got a bagel sandwich and pancake rollups, and they were so good. Service was fast, plenty of seating room, prices were fair, and the owner came up to our table and talked with us. Loved this place!

For a first breakfast in New York, that was delicious! A wide choice, it was hard to pick one haha.
Southwestern quinoa salad and pancakes with blueberries ❤️ in addition people who work there are nice!

A great little eatery with quite a selection! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or late night snack, Fluffy's has it all. I was staying at a hotel close by and was amused by the name so I had to stop in for a bite. A very small setting but they stay hopping. The setting was clean and many of the fare is displayed and ready and looked so good. I had a slice of cheese pizza that was piping hot, tasted good and was enough to fill me up. You could enjoy any of their dishes but definitely stop by if you want to experience a real slice of NY pizza

Found this with a Google search and boy what a great find. we ordered 4 different meals and sides and they were all great the service was excellent and friendly and even when I made a mistake they corrected it with absolutely no fuss. we will be back again and would recommend this eatery to all

This is a really awesome case that literally had everything you can imagine and very reasonable prices given it's right next to Fordham University. They have breakfast and lunch specials and if your a student, you get a 10% discount.
