The Marshal - New York City - Photo album

Always a fabulous experience. ⭐️ The staff is super pleasant and the food, which all comes from the brick oven, is out of this world. The pizza is always a dream come true and the buratta is an amazing leveled-up breadstick app. True gem in Hell's Kitchen and always going back for more. The drinks a
I ordered a BBQ ribs to go on lunch at 11:30am, thanks for opening at such an early time, giving me opportunity to try this dish. The girl is very patient and friendly. $17 per order and contains 5 ribs, taste good and tender. Price is fair enough. If I have chance, definitely will come back and try
If you want an exceptional meal that is prepared with the values and principles of sustainability, then this is a must when you are in NYC. I have taken a couple of groups here over the last couple of years and it is always a highlight of our time together. Charlie, the chef, is super conscientiou
We had a light dinner at The Marshal on Friday, December 22. It was fabulous. The dishes were inventive and exceptional. The kale salad, deviled eggs, and baby back ribs were especially memorable. The staff is outstanding, and they and Charlie, the chef and owner, gave everything a very personal
Chef Charlie Marshal's wine pairing dinners were superb! The ambiance of the space is lovely, the food was delicious as always, but having a different wine paired with each course, and having that wine explained by a representative from that wine company made the evening unique and informative. We
We had truffle pizza and cauliflower side. Pizza was good but cauliflower lacked seasoning. Harissa could not be tasted at all. I would suggest sticking to other known appetizers and sides. Service was excellent.
Had a wonderful lunch today! Staff was welcoming and professional, including Charlie, the owner. Enjoyed a Rose cider, a hard cider, and a margaritas pizza and Farmer's pizza. Both were delicious and wonderfully served. Lovely interior as well! Will definitely make this a "go to place" every time
A very pleasant surprise. Went in with no expectations but ended up very happy with the choice for the evening. Some non-typical menu options turned out to be really flavorful (e.g. duck breast pizza, kale salad). The service was spot on - attentive yet not intrusive and unlike too many places in NY
Everything we ordered was delicious. The one that stood out the most was the deviled eggs, which everyone at the table agreed. It had so many layers of flavor accentuated perfectly with the pesto and carrot chip. Also a clever detail of clipping off the bottom of the egg to make them all stand up pe
Great spot for brunch or dinner before a show since it is a quick 10 min walk to most of Broadway. The vegetarian breakfast pizza was very good. They have indoor and outdoor seating but the outdoor seating is jam-packed in very tightly. I'd say the vibe inside is better.
Great food…NY State food & wine. Pizza was so good.
Small place so I would recommend a reservation. Meatloaf and deviled eggs were excellent. The lamb and pizza were good. Service was super friendly. One turn off or it would have been 5 stars…they let some lady bring in their dog, that’s a nah for me.
Super friendly staff. Good food and ambiance. I recommend the Farmers Market Salad, Brussel Salad (Roasted and Raw Brussels, focaccia croutons, anchovy Caesar dressing, parmesan), and the Stuffed Chicken with potatoes & mushrooms purée. (The chicken portion could be bigger though).
Very, very nice meal. I had the herbed goat cheese stuffed chicken breast, which was perfectly done, just a tiny bit of crisp on the skin, but juicy and delicious. It came on a bed of porcini mashed which was also heavenly. The asparagus side was very good too. Service was also excellent. 10/10 woul
If you are in NYC this is a must go. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is amazing. Noah was our server and he was very informative and down to earth. A fabulous experience from start to finish. The Burrata and deviled eggs were out of sight. Also the pizza with the arugula and prosci
Wood fired pizza was excellent even by NYC pizza standards. Great service at lunch. Apple crisp was less sweet than you'd expect which was great surprise.
You know when you go to a place where the food is so good that you don’t want to stop eating even when you feel super full? Yeah, The Marshal is that place. It’s a pretty tiny restaurant with a bistro sort of feel that we checked out for brunch. The biscuits are insanely good and worth a visit a
Excellent pre theater dinner. We had the barbecue baby back ribs and the two kale salad. Followed by the smoke duck breast personal Pizza. Service was prompt and friendly with recommended this to friends already
