Can we have less than 1 star? This place used to be good and within the past year it’s gone so down hill. Tried to go there again today, started to order and immediately they cut me off. I tried explaining again what I was trying to order and then 2 of them decided to start yelling over me. Drove away and never again will I be going there. I’ve worked 10 years in retail, there’s no reason to be that short and rude to someone. Take your bad attitude somewhere else, you’re costing your manager and their business money..tip to the hiring team, get new people.

Wow. Just when they started having a few good folks, the weekend SUCKS. Rude. Didn’t wait to hear the order of small milk with ice and pump of vanilla with whipped cream. Nope, the first guy cut me off saying they only sell milk in cartons before I finished and when I tried again, 2 people came on talking over me so I never got to the vanilla and whipped cream part. Tried a third time and they both just kept cutting me off saying they only sell cartons! They assumed I just wanted milk because they JUST WOULDNT listen to the order! Why??? What is the point in customer service?? Don’t ask me what I want and then NOT hear me out. Disgusting people skills straight out of the worst pits of Newburgh right there.

Went to do an order in the drive thru this morning. There was a miserable hate life young girl that took my order. She greeted me with what do I want and is that all. When I got to the window it was the same bad attitude. She did not greet me and I tried to ask for a straw while she slammed the window on me. What a bad experience for a customer to wake up to.

4/8 @ 5:50pm. I ordered 2 iced coffees with light ice and Stevia on the side. They gave me 2 half full coffees with 1 straw & 2 packets of stevia. I asked if they could fill it up a little more. The answer I got was NO because I ordered light ice. Also the coffee were watered down. So unacceptable. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I took a picture of the coffees but can't add the pics.

Recently ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese. Get back on the road and there is a very small amount of cream cheese on my bagel. I'd say maybe the size of 3 quarters. Their phone that's listed is disconnected. Basically paid for a plain bagel. This isn't the 1st time they have messed things up. If you have a job take pride in what you're doing. If you don't care about anything why come to work? Do a favor and stay home.
