Never been a fan of this location. The place always feels a bit disorganized and off-kilt. Last time we went at the end of August, the only drink option was bottled water and the chicken selection was limited. I consider this location the twilight zone of KFC's.

Even though I have had good experiences at KFC, tonight was different. I placed my order with the cashier, planning to use two coupons,one was for fish and the other was for chicken.But when I received the order, it was incorrect .The server told me that both coupons were for fish. I finally got the order corrected when my husband spoke up about their mistake. It was a good thing that it wasn't a to go order. My family would not have been "Happy campers ".

I’m done with this place! Gave them several tries but each and every time I am so disappointed. The chicken was pigeon size drum stick and a thigh was cut in half and considered as 2 pieces and was all dried up. The last time I asked for 2 pot pies and when I got it home it was 2 bowls. The people at the window always seem stoned too!

I ordered an 8 pcs chicken bucket and traveled 14 miles home. The chicken was dry and the corn tasted old. It wasn't busy at the time so I suspect these items had been sitting a while. If I wasn't as far away I would have returned this meal for fresh. This is the second time our meal was disappointing. Will try Popeyes next time.

A friend picked up 20 tenders today for me for company. Have had them from this store in the past and were great. Today tenders was a misnomer, they were more like chicken jerky...hard and dried out did not serve to my guests. I was not a happy camper, these were old and over cooked so quality control lacking. Next will go next door to get my chicken.

Food is well made and fresh to order at most times of the day. Its fast most times and in my hands in less than 5 Minutes. I also like that their machines take Samsung pay [NFC payments], So I don't have to dig to pay. Will go back.

Not a bad KFC, they even have a Long John Silver's in this particular restaurant. One thing that was a let down was that didn't have the KFC potato wedges only LGS French fries. Not terrible but a bit disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and nice, however, when we got home, our order was incorrect. And we were only 1 of 3 customers, so busy wasn't a reason.
