Hardee's

This just reminds me why I don't go here that much. Ordered a meal and asked for no onions as well as some honey mustard sauce. I was the only one there and around 6:30. By the time I got from the speaker thing in the drive through to the window my food was already in the bag. When I got home the food was cold!!! Fries taste like mush, no crunch and to top it off no honey mustard and Onions were on the meal. It almost seemed like the food was made during the 5:00 rush and left to sit!!!

Came in for breakfast at last minute this last weekend. Unneeded rudeness from some people to the gal running the front. (You know who you are and YOU rock girl! "M" 😘) All due to accidental order mixup. They chose to go extreme on rudeness. Frustration was high yes. But in defense for the workers....There was only THREE ROCKSTARS running that entire store ON A SATURDAY MORNING/LUNCH RUSH! People just need to start being better to others...there is just ZERO need to treat others rudely to ridiculous extreme just "cuz ya can." Its one thing to want things corrected...you'll get that done for you. But we need to take the path we would want done to us. "M" handled it like a queen! I'll be back! And I hope "M" is working too! 😘

I ordered chicken strips the guy specifically asked me what kind of sauce - I asked for ranch When I got to the window - the cashier handed me a small bag - I looked and had no ranch - I requested ranch she argued that she gave me ranch - I said I have no ranch - she said it’s at the bottom of the bag - I took the chicken out and showed her I had no ranch - she rolled her eyes gave me attitude- then gave me ranch / I told her she did not need to have an attitude- that I really did not have ranch - another employee came up behind her and told me to calm down - oh yes and she told me she did not have an attitude!! Thank for the great service !

I enjoyed dining in and it was an overall very good experience. I rarely eat fast food anymore. However, I just wanted to do it today and it was a very enjoyable experience, which [sadly] is not easily found these days anymore. So when you have moments like this and can catch this wave, thank God; or, thank the universe for everything aligning just so. Thanks Hardees Crew. Y'all were appearing very hard working and, also, those who helped me were very courteous. Hang in there.
