Subway

My chicken bacon ranch wrap was amazing, my fiance got a non toasted ham n cheese sub and the Italian bread was hard as a rock. He ended up eating just the meat and cheese as the non toasted bread was too hard for him to eat. It chunked off into pieces as of it was extremely roasted. He was disappointed and hungry.

We went through drive thru while driving home from Ohio. The guy who took our order seemed to not really enjoy his job. He rushed me through ordering when I don't eat at Subway often and had kids in the car. Then proceeded to get an attitude about a kids meal and basically told me that subway doesn't do those anymore, while the menu obviously still had it listen. When I pulled up to pay he flat out asked if I wanted to leave a tip. How do you say no go someone who is about to prepare yours and your kids food??? He definitely gave me bad vibes and I would not go back or recommend.

Had a minor issue where my online order didn't pop up on their register by the time I got there, they still took care of me and got my lunch ready in a reasonable amount of time despite being caught off-guard during a minor lunch rush. Great employees, very clean store, definitely will be back again (not my first time there today either)

Literally messed my sandwich up two days in a row, both times I ordered steak, egg, cheese, and spinach. First time I ordered it I got steak, cheese, and barely any spinach, no egg. Second time I ordered it I got steak, egg, cheese, spinach, & lettuce (which I didn’t order) and half the sandwich was ice cold like they had just taken it out of a refrigerator and the other half was hot. Not wasting any more of my money by going here
