Whats not to like?? Have been here several times. Hubs got the waffle (of course) and it was very good. Very light. I had the banana foster french toast! Excellent! Three large pieces of french toast with just the right amount of banana. Nice place, and not expensive. Variety of breakfast items and lunch that nobody should go hungry!
It was crowded, but, even during this busy weekend, I was able to get a seat at the counter. Very friendly staff. I had a C's Scramble fixed with egg whites at my request without any fuss. Good hash browns, but we both forgot about my toast! Decaf coffee available.

Ate here 1/10/16. I wasn't very hungry but the place smelled wonderful! Had scrambled eggs, hash browns, and toast ans nabbed a piece of my friend's hamburger steak. It was delicious. Inexpensive and inviting. Very attentive staff. I definately will return.
Excellent little place with great prices. I had the hungry jack with a waffle. I got to say I haven't had a better waffle or hash browns!!! My wife had the cakes and eggs. She loved it!!
This place is sooo good! The prices are fantastic as well. I come here every time I'm in New Smyrna! They sure love the Steelers though and I'm a Bengals fan! It's ok their good makes uo for it!
The food was amazing but it's very crowded especially because we have two small children. Not really family friendly.
Delicious breakfast, great prices. We had a little trouble finding it because it was the only business that didn't have its name on the wall above the door. Check the photo I uploaded to see where it is located in the strip mall.
Excellent experience. I went with my wife and three kids yesterday for breakfast. The food was amazing. I ordered the meat lovers mess, my wife ordered bacon & pancakes and my children ordered waffles and pancakes with chocolate chips. I have two picky eaters and they cleaned up their plates. The restaurant was clean and conveniently located. The waitress continuously checked on us. At least, three employees approached us and made comments about my kids being so cute and engaged in friendly conversation. They also suggested good seafood places near the New Smyrna Beach, Fl area. I will definitely come back. Awesome Job!!! You will not regret eating here.
I LOVE this place. Best breakfast on town, and an amazing value. If you like hearty portions and great quality, go to C's. and if you're a Steelers fan, it's likely even better.
Okay so these waffles is another good place to visit when you're here in New Smyrna Beach Florida go to the one on A1A that is the best one to go to as far as we're concerned.
The girls are always attentive happy and they seem to enjoy their job which is a plus.
So my husband had chicken fried steak or country fried steak whatever you want to call it and the gravy is excellent it has chunks of sausage in it very tasty Roanoke had a half portion of sausage and gravy on biscuits and it was huge and that was a half an order and that had lots and lots of chunks of sausage in the gravy also.
I like their hash browns because they'll cook them anyway you want if you want cheese in them or peppers in them or anything else they'll do that also I like them nice and crispy and they did that right to perfection.
We have been going there ever since they opened and we will continue to go there every year we're here.
Well, talk about a homemade, comfortable, and affordable restaurant... yep all of the above!
8 people and 8 great breakfasts! Our waitress LILLY was friendly, fast, and efficient from making menu suggestions, taking our order, to re-filling our beverages (including hot tea)!
Must stop if you are visiting the New Smyrna area... take a look there are several locations so make sure you meet at the same location!
This place has consistent quality food preparation! The hash browns and waffles have the perfect amount of crispy golden deliciousness. The soundtrack of 70's rock tunes is comforting and the service attentive.
This place is absolutely amazing... Food and atmosphere are top notch. Staff is bright and cheerful and ready to serve. If you are a Steelers fan you will be right at home and in great company!

This is an awesome restaurant. Fair warning, if you are a Steeler’s fan, you are good to go. If you are a Patriots fan you may want to eat outside or choose another restaurant since there is lots of Steeler’s gear on the walls. The Patriot gear is hung upside-down. The waitresses wear black outfits with yellow lettering. So, go with a good sense of humor and a good appetite. It is in a shopping center right off the main road. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant is in the center (corner) of the shopping center. There are tables outside and inside. We chose to eat inside. It is seat yourself and the waitress will come to your table. The waitress was super. This was our first time to the restaurant and she gave us recommendations for lunch. It is a waffle place so, even though it was lunch, we both ordered waffles. We got and order of waffles with strawberries and an order of a bacon waffle (awesome!) with chicken and spicy syrup. The serving size was enough for 2 meals. I am new to the whole chicken waffle thing. The waffles and chicken were excellent. On top of that our waitress, Lily, was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone who want great food, service and good prices.
Great food, diverse menu. One of those Hole in the Wall restaurants the locals dont want the tourist to know about. Will definitely be back.
