This McDonalds in New Roads LA is in the running for near worst in franchise or corporate history. Had lobby doors locked but no signs informing that the lobby was closed. I had placed mobile app order to pickup inside. I did go in as an employee came out to deli er to another car. My Coke, ordered with no ice was a full 2 inches from the top of the cup. Alot of playing in the back but no real service.

Just waited 20 minutes. Not a normal experience for this location but they kept giving out food to people behind us while 4 cars where pulled off to the side waiting.

My daughter's favorite McDonald's. We usually order from the drive thru. The last time in the lobby service was good and they were in the process of the cleaning the lobby when we arrived. Overall, it a good establishment!

It was just a drive through for the kids meal they wanted. No waiting in line. Drive through was quick. Will bring them back again. They love McDonald's food.

have encountered very few friendly workers. they have horrible customer service skills. went through the drive thru line and when i got to the pick up window the lady did not even verify our order to make sure she was giving us the right good nor did she say anything else for that matter. when i told her to have a good day she shut the window and never said it to me. she never said a word. very rude and needs to be fired.

I wish I could give zero stars!! I'm sitting in curbside pickup with several other cars! Sign posted on the door stating open till 9pm daily and it's closed at 6:40 pm. Very poor customer service!! Attitude like crazy!!
