Brix 33

This place was very nice. My fiance and I came here for a date night. We got our table right away. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable with the menu. Food was ok. A little expensive for my taste and was small portions. Maybe it was what we got. I got a crab cake and he got a burger. Wont be going back. Nothing negative.. just too price.

Warm and inviting. Casual with a touch of elegance. Pleasant servers. Competent bartender who readily shares information on the Happy Hour specials. Thursday is $5 martini day. Half price on selected appetizers, such as shrimp cocktail. Perfectly chilled with a nice 'just right' cocktail sauce. Chicken and dumpling soup is delicious.

We tried Brix 33 for my birthday dinner. We got takeout because of Covid-19. The staff were gracious and accommodating with curbside pickup. My husband and I shared a mozzarella and tomato salad and the mixed plate of cheese and cured meat. For main dishes, I had short rib ravioli and my husband had the smoked salmon. Everything was delicious. The flavors melded together in a perfect mix of subtlety and boldness in every dish. If the food is this good as take out, driven 15 minutes to home, we can only imagine how good it is served inside the restaurant. We will definitely find out when we return to inside dining. Until then, we may just bring some forks and eat in the parking lot! Highly recommend.
