The shrimp fried rice was amazing. The sesame chicken sauce was just as good. But I wasn’t a fan of the meat itself. Weird taste. But that’s not my problem. My problem is them not taking debit/credit cards. It’s 2023 I hardly ever carry cash. I was hungry and had my mind set on this place so I had to go to an ATM. Adding extra time and wasting gas. But overall. Everything else was great. I really did enjoy the Rice.

Hey, it's not in the ideal location, but the food was on point. It's more of a locals spot, but if you're in the mood for something tasty and ain't afraid to venture out of the French district, then hit this spot up!

The staff is kind, the pricing are great, and the to-go Chinese food used to be among the best in the city. I will definitely return.

I grew up near this restaurant, and even after all these years the food here is still amazing. Also cheap! It has always been a takeout joint in a poorer part of town. So, there is no atmosphere. You order and then stand around waiting for that order. As seedy as it looks not much soliciting or violence happens here.

This to-go chinese food used to be one of the best in the city, but I can't say the same anymore. I now only stick to the shrimp toast because they are the only place I know that makes shrimp toast. The egg rolls i got were nasty they tasted like they were in a refrigerator for too long. I can't really give 5 stars for service because the only service you get it the lady taking the order and handing you the order. I never had a problem with her.

This is, by far, my most favorited spot for Chineese food in the city! Their service is always top notch. They alwaya move quickly. And the food is always superb!
On this day I ordered the Boneless chicken plate with no vegetables, and the sweet and sour shrimp with vegetables. Both were hot and ready after just 10 minutes.
A couple things to remember....
1. They only take cash.
2. They close at like 7:30
3. Not opened on Monday

Please get there before something changes for over 30 years The Owner personally takes you Order and remembers you, AMAZING. You can order veggie fried rice with no msg ask for it just like that. Yakumien beef soup the best in the area! Please leave tip!!
