Just went to this Chipotle today! There was a decent line and only one woman making all of the orders. Two cooks in back and one other person on register-- you could tell they were short-staffed, but were so efficient and polite. Even called me "ma'am" lol. I just wanted to write this and show my thanks, as a service industry worker myself I appreciate when employees hustle through tough days like this! Thanks y'all, my bowl is delicious :)

The restaurant was so filthy and nasty . There wasn’t any spoons in the lobby, the food window was so filthy and cross contaminated ! My chicken I ordered was soooo hard and rough, im assuming it was old. I’ve never had an experience like this one !

This is the second poor review I have left for this location. My wife and I are Chipotle regulars and this is by far the worst location that we frequent on a regular basis. The portion size has improved slightly, but still lags behind other Chipotle locations. Yesterday, I tried to use my Chipotle Rewards points to claim a free entree, but the system did not automatically accept it. The cashier seemed confused, and asked me to scan the rewards again, but this morning, I found that my credit card was charged the full amount (an extra $10) and my points used for the entree have vanished! This is not the first time I have had issues with the rewards system at this location. Perhaps this is a corporate issue, but I don't have these issues at other locations. I understand that restaurants are short staffed, but that is no excuse for poor training of the staff that is present.

The portion size when ordering off the app to do pickup is ridiculous. You are barley given any food. My burrito bowl was basically empty.
I tried to call in to let the place know and they don’t even except phone calls. So I went in the next day to tell the manager and the guy was rude and sarcastic. If your customer is saying they had an issue with their order instead of saying “OK” over and over and shrugging your shoulders. Explain and go over the policies or offers given to customers after a messed up order! Every food place is different. Communication is terrible at this location.
You rarely see workers and sometimes the food line is dirty. Not every server cleans up after they make orders. It is not a good look for the company at all.

Went to pickup my food that I ordered online. Walked up to the register, No greeting, nothing. After I waited for the cashier to acknowledge me, she says in the nastiest gives tone " you picking up something?" She slams my order, that's getting cold, on the counter that has been sitting right there where she was packaging chips. No thank you, nothing. Ill never return to this location.

Nice, easy, fast, and good. I just didn't know that sofritas were tofu and would have enjoyed some beef to be served with. About $15 per person with a drink.

This location gives Chipotle a bad name and corporate needs to handle it as soon as possible. I love Chipotle but I think I'll just have to resign, for now, to avoid this one. Literally ALWAYS an issue. It ain't rocket science....

Worst place to work.. Customers are always angry and complaining and staff is unprofessional I literally watch a manager not give a man a refund for finding something hard in his food like plastic. I quit there and they said I was terminated no not true I quit. I now have my education and work in a hospital as a nurse making $$$$... There's a reason this place barely has 3 stars. Be warned read reviews.
