Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I had a mostly good experience at this Canes. Service was friendly and prompt. My 3 Finger Combo was ready just as I finished getting my drink and ketchup. You couldn't as for it to be any faster than that. The chicken, fries and bread were all fresh and hot. One odd thing was two Canes employees, apparently on break, eating their dinner at the next table and it was take out from another restaurant. That didn't really bother me, but I found it unusual. Minus one star for the poor location on Carrollton. There was one guy lying on the bench by the front door looking homeless and talking to himself. I don't know if Canes can do anything about that, but it makes me want to go to a different location next time.

I went in yesterday and placed 2 orders. The atmosphere was rough not due to the employees management it was due to customers. I think the staff and management handled things well. The food was fresh served in a timely manner despite the circumstances. I truly felt bad for the manager and the employees for having to deal with customers being rude and even threatening to them. The manager apologies to my God child and I and even walked us out. I thought that was super kind and responsible of him to make sure the customers were safe from the other customers causing issues. I would go back there anytime and can only hope it's the same people working. Also went into the bathroom and it was very clean as well.
