I like this Rally’s better than any of the otherRally’s in the city. I want to say this because I have not had any bad experiences with their employees. Which is usually the case every other time I go to any of the other Rallys here in New Orleans. I like the service here is always quicker than most other fast food places around. So if you’re looking for a fast food restaurant in New Orleans, this Rallys on Broad st close to Canal st is one of the better choices as far as customer service,speed, and well prepared food meaning it is not just some food thrown in a bag they actually take there time preparing the food as it is supposed to be.

The food at THIS particular Rally's is always served hot & fresh!😋🔥 It may take a few minutes (up to 10 min to be exact, once you've placed your order/depending on how many customers are ahead of you) in the drive-thru to get your food⏳, B-U-T, it's worth the wait! In my experiences there, the food is always made to order...😍 I've never bought food from there that was already made & sitting under a heat lamp.

Good again ! Ordered my usual hamburger . Had to wait a bit, but for good reason. They were accommodating my requests ( no onion,no cheese). Also the wait ,because they cook fresh.They don't give you a sandwich that's been sitting under the heat lamp, like other places.
I received prompt response from owner.
But I think there's a misunderstanding. I'm not upset about waiting for my burger. In fact I'm glad they're taking the time to make it how I want.Food has always been good here since this Mgr. arrived. Worth every penny and every extra minute. Kudos to the manager and crew.

We have not been to Rally's in a long time, due to the fact we live in Georgia and the checkers franchise turned us totally off but here in New Orleans it's like a brand new restaurant with friendly people! Rally's is the only chain with a Apple pie product that is worth buying!

I really wanted to give a great, respectful review on my visit early this morning at this location. It was past 3am. The drive thru lady was so pleasant I think her name is Ms Gail that's whaton my receipt. She was nice as could be for it to be so late. She repeat our order back to us, and our food was hot, fresh and satisfying for it to be only two of them working. We had dour different orders and they all was correct. I would always go back this location, btw this was my first atbtjis location.. koodos to u Ms Gail and the other male worker for doing a great job.. T

Was craving Rally’s. Drove all the way from Baton Rouge and was so so disappointed. $30 for 2Baconzilla combos and a Rally’s combo only mustard and ketchup. The service was poor and the food quality was so bad I threw it in the trash after 2 bites. I guess quality and service isn’t on their agenda.

So I don't live far from this Rally's and I ordered a couple sandwiches, fries, and 2 apple pies. Everything was great unti we got to the apple pies... one had what looks like a BITE taken out of it.
