I had a very nice dinner experience here, and also appreciated the attention to detail and quality of food. I indulged in a couple bottles of wine, which were both fantastic, and really added to my entire experience. I recommend the progressive tasting menu so that a guest can experience both the bar and the dining room. I will most certainly be back here next time I’m in New Orleans.

An exquisite meal from start to finish with impeccable service. Progressive 10-course dinner that starts at the bar. A wonderful experience. Even though the food was of the finest quality, the place is unpretentious and friendly. Unique bites, so different and memorable. Worth every penny.

Oh! My! Gosh!! My husband and I LOVE food and this was one of the best meals of our life! Every course was perfectly designed and only got better the more we tried! If you are in New Orleans and are looking for a magical night, look no further than Saint Germains! I can't recommend this cozy, one of a kind restaurant enough.

If you can get a reservation, I highly recommend this dining experience! Did the wine tasting pairing and loved their descriptions of each wine. These flavors were so detailed and well thought out! The snapper fish was cooked perfectly with the most delectable sauce!

We love food, and NOLA is the place to experience it. This was our first time at Saint-Germain, but it won't be our last. There's beauty in handing your dining options over for a surprise treat and wine pairing with every course, and it's one of my favorite experiences. That said, my husband and I both have food allergies that could create a struggle with a chef's tasting menu -- but we were completely impressed by their efforts to verify our allergies and ensure we were covered. If they present and offer truffles as an add-on, you should totally go for the truffles.

It’s a cozy atmosphere and the staff was all really nice. Some dishes were excellent some were good and one (Lima beans) seemed a bit out of place. Their butter is amazing! It was a really nice night out! We left wanting just a tiny bit more food though 😬 I’d come again since they change the menu frequently as everything was inventive!

Absolutely fabulous. One of the best meals Ive had in the last few years. Each dish is crafted with intention, creating a complexity flavours that make you want to close your eyes just to taste them better and savour the moment. I'd travel back to New Orleans just to eat here again - it was THAT good. Im going to be reminiscing about their blanched white asparagus and radishes in white asparagus broth, and smoked vanilla bean panna cotta foreverrrrr.

St Germain served one of the best meals I've ever had, hands down. It was vegetarian week and I had a five course tasting with wine pairings. (Incidentally, for the quality, the prices were real reasonable.) The food managed to be novel, comforting, and perfectly executed. Places with this level of attention to detail often seem to be up their own hindquarters, focusing on novel instead of good, but St. Germain wasn't at all. It's food made by people who are both immensely accomplished and still down-to-earth. I can't wait to go back.

Perfect. In every way. Attentive but not stuffy or pretentious. I always hoped that old school would finally be punctuated by new love in a true New Orleans experience. Not that this is "New Orleans Food." Arrive sober and enjoy beautiful food, with the thoughtfully paired natural wines they curate. This stands up to any Michelin tasting menus I have experienced, and at a 1/3 of the cost. Go in a tank top if ya want. This is the real deal. So much love. We were in tonight. (Kudos to the music as well. Very tasteful and broad in spectrum)

Our group (4 people) came in a fews ago. We had an amazing time. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Never once did we feel as though we didn't belong or weren't welcomed by everyone we met. The food was amazing; an experience that everyone should strive for at least once. Everything was explained perfectly so you knew what was being given to you and which wine went best along with why if went so well together. At a point during the experience, we were able to be outside with 2 of the 3 owners. To say we felt accepted and welcomed to talk and lounge together would be an understatement. We felt bad being the last to leave so late at night, but the staff made it seem that they didn't mind one bit. (Though I'm sure some did.) This is an experience I would 100% love to have again with amazing g people that have worked so hard to get to where they are.
