Parran's Po-boys Uptown - New Orleans - Photo album

Absolutely delicious Poboys, I had the 1/2 fried shrimp dressed and 1/2 of a meatball poboy. They were so tasty, meatball was saucy as and yummy stretchy cheese. Shrimp was a super generous serving as pictured. The two cost me $14.50 together would 10/10 recommend
Went to pickup a take out order, directions led me wrong but I finally found it. It's next to the chase drive up location. Ordered the fish platter and was asked if I wanted the 3pc or the 6pc. Chose the 3pc with onion rings and potato salad. The 3pc was actually a 1.5pc cut in strips. The onion rin
Great stop for sandwiches, gumbo, and other fare. We split the trifecta Meatball-Shrimp-Roast beef combo and a bowl of gumbo. Outstanding chow, I believe their are three Parran's locations. Beer & wine, soda fountain, great iced tea.
Ordered a 8in roast beef poboy dressed and it was a solid sandwich for about $12 before tax and tip. Crisp bread, juicy gravy, and definitely didn’t skimp on the beef and fixings. 9/10 would order again. Loved the local atmosphere and how the cashier seemed to know everyone that walked thought the d
The gumbo was smaller sized, but was thick enough to eat with a fork. They may have larger sizes for the sides, didnt remember. . The shrimp and crawfish diane looks awesome. It was a larger portion size. I had to tap. It was alot of food for me even after enzymes... Anyway I recommend
The mighty “Trifecta” includes 3 poboys, each 4 inch: fried shrimp, roast beef and meatball. Important to eat these immediately after ordering or when taken to go, or else you lose the amazing crunch. WOW! The fried shrimp came with so many shrimp, all very crispy and fresh. We ended up eating the o
This may be one of the best bread puddings I've had IN A MINUTE. Generous portion, I couldn't wait-I sampled while driving home. Buttery, rich, moist without dripping in sauce, and firm. (I don't like a smooshy bread pudding.) And I can't STAND monstrous amounts of glaze. Parran's literally served
The shrimp and okra gumbo was amazing. The shrimp poboy was phenomenal. Wish i had seen the seafood trifecta poboys before ordering. The staff was quick and considerate.
Depending on what i order ( which i order here alot ) everything is priced well. I eat lunch here twice a week . The poyboys are delicious, a must-have here in Nola. Or just a simple plate of fried catfish, or any of their signature dishes are amazing. 10/10
Had a last min meeting at the hospital and needed to get lunch for a large group. I Called in at 10:30 and they had trays of sandwiches ready in 15min. Note this is technically before they are even open. The young man who was the manager did a great job. I had to feed a night shift crew too so I
We are from Missouri and this place was recommended to us by a lady that worked in the French Market. Great food and great, helpful service, and fast! We had catfish, gumbo, shrimp, hotdog with chili, bread pudding. All was delicious!! Highly recommend
One of my favorite po boy spots which is a really high mark to reach. Bread is awesome which in my opinion is the key to a good po boy. Quick and top notch customer service. I highly recommend.
Excellent food and excellent service! The crawfish etouffee and onion rings rocked. The kids enjoyed pizza and fried shrimp (and I enjoyed their leftovers). The staff was amazing and super kind to our family. I would highly recommend this spot.
Awesome food we both tried the catfish Po Boy. Fish was fresh!! Now I would have gave 5 stars but that red gold ketchup should have been hunts or Whataburger.
I happened upon Parran's on Prytania St, and now have a go to place in this part of the city. The friendly staff let me take my time to inspect the menu. The Shrimp and Crawfish Diane description looked enticing, and was a gastronomical delight! Very generous portion with a lots of shrimp and crawf
