Catalino's - New Orleans - Photo album

Had a group of eight people. We were all very pleased. A plus cuisine for B price. It's a husband and wife who seems to be in charge of everything . Consequently it's not fast service but every plate was warm. A very pleasant dining experience.
Delicioso!!!! Tastes just like grandma's recipes.
New place South American cuisine lots of homemade meats and veggies. Delicious!! Small, it will catch on and will get crowded. Friendly husband and wife dream Hard workers. You won't be disappointed!
Exquisite, delicious, and expertly prepared Guatemalan food. Expect the unexpected and leave very satisfied and happy. We loved the elotes, guacamole, dobladas, and chuchitos as our appetizers. Our entrees for our party of five were: Pepian (chicken breast served in an out of this world pumpkin see
Very quaint, lovely restaurant. Server was very polite and friendly. My first time eating Guatemalan food and I was very pleased. Best fresh squeezed lemonade ever too! 😊
Great food and friendly staff. The chef/owner took our order and then cooked us one of the best/freshest meals I've had in NOLA. I will be back to this place on the reg. Grest addition to uptown
For an appetizer we got the chicken dobladas. Straight 🔥. Very good appetizer. It's served on a bed of shredded lettuce. I would go back just to eat two servings of this. For an appetizer, I had the pescado which was trout (rainbow, I think). It's super tasty and presented well. It came with a salad
Fabulous experience. Chef came right out and explained options for GF and vegetarian incase. I personally had and would recommend the ceviche, and the churasco. Both were meticulously prepared and the fresh ingredients were noticeable. I would recommend Catalino’s to anyone. Period.
Amazing food! Amazing service! Family owned home made Latin food. This is definitely a must try NOLA restaurant. I'll definitely be going back very soon!
Stopped in for a late afternoon snack. Impressed with the quality of the food, all fresh and tasty. The restaurant is beautifully decorated...interesting mix of light fixtures. Large colorful art works by a local Mexican artist. Works are signed Leal Art. Andre's Hoyes, our server recommended Cev
Me encanta! My Spanish class took a field trip to Catalino’s and the food and service was perfect. Alejandro, our waiter, entertained us as we struggled through ordering in Spanish and the food was awesome! The Kak’ik is amazing and we were surprised with a dessert of rellenitas. Gracias a ustedes!
Very delicious, fresh and flavorful food. The flavor comes from each ingredient itself rather than packing it down with seasoning. Very memorable would definitely go back again.
Wondeful, friendly Service. Best Guatemalian Cuisine around here. Glad we came. Aguas Frescas were delicious, chuchitos were on point, elotes locos were so tasty.
Great food ..wonderful service. Authentic Guatemalan food. Looks as good as it tastes. Will definitely be coming back!
Excellent dining experience and tasty food. Our group of 12 had a lovely evening. Highly recommend!
I absolutely loved the art work and stained glass windows. The food was outstanding! Great atmosphere and lovely waitress!
Awesome food 💯 awesome staff 💯👌🏻 I'm very happy that a Guatemalan restaurant is in Nola and not only Honduras restaurants. It feels like I'm home again.
A fabulously fresh gluten-free restaurant with always great food. Not a place to go in a rush but it's worth the wait.
