My wife and I stopped by Wednesday to grab a bite to eat. It was our first time dining at this restaurant and we were pleased with everything from the amount of food that is portioned to the price of the food. The service was prompt, professional, and very enjoyable. We will be eating here again in the near future and will possibly make this a regular stop during our date nights. The sushi rolls were huge and very delicious.I had no complaints and would recommend eating here to anyone looking for great hibachi/ sushi.
This is my go-to Hibachi restaurant. The prices are fair and the food is great. I always leave with a to go container because of the generous portions. In a recent visit, it was to celebrate a birthday, and the entire party of 15 or more was accommodated with no issues.
The people were so nice. We just dropped in an hour and a half before close on a Saturday and they sat us right away.
The sushi was good, not great. We had four types: California rolls, crunchy, Spicy salmon, and Philadelphia. In my opinion, the crunchy was the best. No soy sauce needed!
We had to wait an inordinate amount of time to get our order in, and our waiter took quite a bit of time to check on us and to even pick up the bill from the table, but she was very kind.
I gave three stars for the atmosphere because it just LOOKED dirty and dingy. I didn't see dirt all over the place, it just seemed that way: tables not wiped, drink rings on the tables, stacks of dishes on vacant tables, etc.

Great experience. Our time was well spent. I chosen this place because I was bringing a group of people together who was meeting for the first time . I felt that if the people didn't talk much at least we will be entertained by the chef's tricks, skills ,techniques and we were. The food was great and plentiful everyone appreciated the food, the atmosphere, and the special gathering. The Chef 👨🍳 made it a great experience. 👍
Good experience here, the staff was pleasant. If you like jalapeño poppers their poppers were 🔥🔥🔥 the best I had so far. We sat at the sushi 🍣 bar and had the poke bowls very nice 😋
Stopped in for lunch and will go back. Friendly staff and really nice food. I got the tempura lunch; the vegetables were top notch. I also ordered 3 rolls because, since this was my first visit here, I wanted to give them a try. The chocolate roll was a new one to me, I do like seared tuna so I tried this one. I also ordered the snow crab and yellowtail/scallion to do a comparison with other restaurants I like. These held up but my order was not heard right and the scallions were missing. All and all a great experience.
We went for a coworker's birthday at 11:30am lunch. It was not very crowded at all. Parking was a little difficult to find since its a small parking lot. We were seated quickly and ordered our drinks and ordered off the menu. Staff was attentive enough. I wouldn't term it friendly. Lunch combo comes with clear soup, salad (very small), vegetables, fried rice and your choice of protein. My lunch of steak and shrimp with a $3 green tea came to $29. Our group's concerns were about the leftover dried rice and food still left on the hibachi grill as we waited for the chef to arrive. We wondered why it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. The chef arrived about 20 minutes after seating and confirmed our individual orders. Best part of lunch was the flame burst as chef used oil to torch the hibachi. The rice was very good. Several of my coworkers ordered steak and shrimp combo along with me. I ordered steak medium. Chef served my steak well with everyone else's choice. It wasn't dry but not my preference. It's been a while since I visited a hibachi restuarant, but I remember more fanfare with cooking the meal in front of the customers and general chatting with the seated guest from the chef. The restuarant allows for separate checks, will charge a small differential for paying with cash versus credit card. Overall it was a good meal. No one tried the sushi. Maybe on another visit if we give it another try.
We enjoyed our sushi but the rolls are way too big and hard to eat.
We had a great experience overall! My sister and her wife were in town to visit for the holidays, and my sister-in-law had never been to hibachi since she is British. For an early dinner, we made a reservation but the restaurant wasn’t busy until a bit later around 6pm. The service was prompt and friendly. I loved their menu, and there was something perfect for everyone. We waited about 10 minutes for the chef while we enjoyed soup and salad. The chef was fun and did a great job cooking! He didn’t do most of the usual “tricks” like making you catch egg in your mouth (I actually prefer no tricks) but I saw another chef do them so there’s different experiences you can have! The food was delicious and plentiful…generous servings! We had leftovers for another meal or two. I got shrimp and they were perfect cooked, and the others enjoyed the mix of chicken and steak. Really enjoyed!
(The only negative thing that threw me was despite the restaurant being clean, the bathroom was a mess. It looked like a kid went wild with the TP lol. However, we mentioned it to an employee, and they went to fix it right away. So it’s good to know that they are usually on top of it.)
I was very pleased with our visit…I will definitely come back next time I have a hankering for hibachi!
This is a review of the Sushi side of the business, I didn't have any hibachi/teppanyaki, but there was a line of people waiting for it, so it must have been good.
So this place offers AYCE sushi, but you have to ask for it. (You can also get soups, salads, tempura, even noodles with the deal) Sushi was quite good and while a lot of places that offer AYCE sushi skimp on the fish and go heavy on the rice, that's not the case here- the nigiri were well portioned, and the maki were as well. I even ordered some sashimi and was surprised to find that instead of giving me a "nigiri-sized" slice, I got a proper thick slice. I liked everything I ordered, and the only surprise I got was that the tuna toll was not a tekka roll, but an urumaki filled with tuna. Not what I expected, but still quite tasty.
In fact, the only complaint I really could lodge at all is that *I* overindulged, and left the restaurant more full that I really should have. But that's not their fault, it's mine. Well maybe it is party theirs, because the food was *so* delicious.
TL; DR- 10/10 would reccomend.
