I live taking my kids here! I take my kids here almost every chance we get. Especially when we're having sleepovers! The atmosphere is so chill and it really gives you those summer time memories

Writing this before I’ve even tried the food, that goes to show how service goes a long way besides, just the taste.
LOVE places that feels like home even when it’s new. Beautiful place. Greeted with sweetness. Had a lady sweeping up as I walked in. I love a sign of cleanliness. She took my order and took on my special request for cheese on the side like it was no botheration and made it correctly. FRESH AND HOT. She even was so catering to allow me to try my strawberry drink first to make sure it had enough strawberry.
Now that’s just going the extra mile and that’s exactly why I’ll be back. Full plate and drink 10.75. Can’t beat that.
10/10 experience. As I waited the other girls cleaning even made small talk with me asked me how my day was and even talked to me a little about how much I’ll like the food. Amazing energy

The best snowballs in Gentilly. The ice is smooth and the syrup is just right, not like the snowball stand on Elysian fields where the ice has hunks and syrup is watered down. Pontilly greets it customers everytime.

So yummy! It's a really cute location. I didn't understand how a snowball was different from the snow cones we have up north but it is a HUGE difference!! These are so good. Still don't understand why people eat snow cones but a Snowball is full of flavor. I ordered fries at the same time and they took over 20min and weren't very good otherwise it would be 5 starts.

Pontilly is a great snowball stand. They accept cards and buisness with them helps the community. Check out their coffae shop and get your car washed by hand as well! They now serve a variety of food

Come here every SINGLE day for their shaved ice. I’m anemic and must have ice everyday this is my go to place. Ice is always fresh soft and succulent. I have tried their snowball with flavor syrup and it was amazing my kids love this place just as I do. They are sweet people always welcoming the moment you walk in. Open all year round I think. Nice seating space. Always playing Christian worship music. If you want to cool down on a hot summer day or get hungry stop here food is great also. Cool place. Cool vibes
