We ordered from the kitchen. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The service is first rate. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We wanted extra rice, so the server brought extra sauce and mixed it in with the rice in the bowl. Loved the salad. If I was hungrier

One of the best Japanese BBQ I’ve been too and the value was amazing. They have set menus which makes it so much easier than trying to pick and choose from a million options. You chose a selection based on price/ quantity of food you get and you’re set. We did a mid tier one and it was more than filling. I enjoyed every item the brought out. Loved it!

Been here three times, twice with the kids and husband, and then with my sister. The kids meal portion is more than enough, and my girls got a kick on grilling their own food. If you have any slow eaters, just be ready to be there for a while (have a kiddo who takes an hour to eat almost anything- with the kids, we're there for about 2 hours). Absolutely no complaints on the service- they are fast, polite and very attentive- constantly checking on you, refilling drinks and quickly clearing the tables for empty dishes. The atmosphere is lovely and calming. Love that there's nothing too loud and you can carry a conversation with people. It's about 30 min away from the airport and it's a definite go-to after picking up or dropping someone off (we've done for both). Will continue to go and you should too!

They are always busy so you have to make a reservation for the experience. Their staffs are attentive and friendly. The wait is bit overwhelmed but the service made it up for us tonight. We love their cocktails so much that we forgot to take the picture, but all of us got ourselves at least a drink. The food took a bit longer than expected but everything was good, beside the beef tongue that we got wasn’t fresh, it had dark color and smelled bad. We also had Prime Kobe Rib, Aged Steak, and Secret Pot, all was good.

Everything we had was delicious! The atmosphere was a little chilly at first, but it quickly got comfortable after we started grilling our food. My brother and I got the sampler for 2 and it was more than enough food. Couldn't be happier.

This was my first time trying this sort of thing and I am now absolutely obsessed! The food was better than I could've imagined and the staff was quite sweet. Prices are reasonable, as well; my partner and I were quite satisfied for what we spent.
I went on a whim for my birthday after having passed the location a few times but now I plan on coming here at least once a month!

My first time at a place like this, and it was amazing! Got the Value meal for 2 and added s’mores, TOTALLY worth it and a great way to end the meal.
The chopstick packaging has written instructions on how long to cook each item, and the sauces were to. die. for. I put the spicy one on everything.

This was my first time at a Japanese BBQ, and In definitely going back. Julie was our server and she was so friendly, fast and knowledgeable. She gave good recommendations and always checked on us to make sure everything was going well. The meat melts in your mouth and the marinade/seasonings were amazing. I’ll definitely order the meal for 4 next time because I love meat. The green tea crepes on their own weren’t so great but with the ice cream it was amazing. They have a loyalty program so you can enjoy discounts off your next meal which I’m going to be using soon. The decor is modern and chic and their water tastes really good. I like having water with my meals and sometimes it’s a little salty or has an after taste. This water was good. I’d recommend this place to a couple going on a date, friends having dinner or a family with older kids. There wasn’t enough room for a high chair where we were sitting and it was a tight squeeze having the car seat on the bench. Overall, great place, great atmosphere, food and service.

LOVE. To me, atmosphere is just as important as the quality of food. This place has both. PERFECT date night spot. We did the meat lovers for two. You start with soup, small appetizer plates, then salad, then the different cuts of super high quality meat is brought out. Not sure if it was all supposed to come out at the same time or they were just running a little behind on some but to me it seemed like it was all perfectly timed. You cook your meat to your liking on the grill in the middle of the table, and they have 3 uniquely delicious sauces on the table for dipping. Then you get to make your own s’more! Very clean, great food, great service, wonderful experience!

Great service. The meat was well season and it had great flavor. My first time there and I went during happy hour. Take advantage of it son you can enjoy other meat. Also I recommend the duck

Early dinner with co-worker. He'd never had Japanese BBQ so we decided to check this place out. Reservations are recommended, but we were lucky and snagged a table.
Server Max informed us that many items were unavailable due to their supplier not making a scheduled delivery. She did a great job accomodating us by offering suggestions and answering our questions. We ordered the Ninja Feast which was for 3 people.
Miso soup, salad, and appetizer (fried wontons) were quickly served. All were good. The cuts of meat arrived in two waves allowing us to pace the meal. Dessert was smores which perfectly wrapped up the meal.
All-in with tip was $135. Very delicious meal and solid service. Definitely worth a visit next time in NOLA.

I loved their food items. However the service was horrible. We were 10 people in a table. To save time we ordered we ordered meat lovers bbq for 3 groups. They served really late! On top of that start serving salads and other items which we didn't order. Later they took those off from the table. Meat lovers comes with miso soup. A group of three first served with two miso soup. As we mentioned about it they said they wrote the order wrong at beginning. After they correct it two of them served miso twice. However the miso was salty which served later. Besides, one group ate first and then next group was served. We went there at 7 pm I guess. Left at 10.30pm. I assume it was Friday they were overloaded with the customers.
My suggestion for the restaurent is please do not take reservation request over 5 people. You place is not compatible to serve large group otherwise you change seating arrangement.
