Good music. Good food. It gets crowded, so beware. New Orleans local spot. I didn't have any drinks, but I'm sure they were good. Valet parking if you get there early.

Good dranks Real Good people Real Good music Very Good food. Grown folks doing Grown folk thangs. Open until 3 am. Not for silly scary ppl that cant hold their liquor or those who don't know how to act. A must visit when you are in New O for Bourbon St....but...you already did that.
Bertha's is one of the hidden gems in New O and can possibly be the highlight of your night. Make sure you get you a plate or 2 before the kitchen closes!! Everything is real real good!!

It's a nice vibe, good dj mostly African American. The food is good but, the you vibe could be killed by the pressure of BUYING a drink. They don't give you time to see if a gentleman is going to flirt with you or your waiting on the rest of your party. Such a turn off. But alot of fun.
