Always love me a good seafood plate. Zimmer’s seafood is always delicious. They have been here for a 40+ years and have yet to disappoint. I’ve had some of their po’boys but this time I got the shrimp plate. It was very yummy. I highly recommend giving them a try!

One of the BEST seafood spots in the city of New Orleans, a staple in my 7th Ward neighborhood for over a decade. Always FRESH & DELICIOUS!!! No visit home is complete without a shrimp poboy or combo shrimp & oyster plate. Definitely whenever in the city, drive on down to the 7th Ward, close to the Lake & getcha issue🤣😋‼️

To-go only and kitchen closes at 5. Delicious fare, friendly service, very generous portions. That picture is a small catfish Po boy. The baked potato is superb. Creative recipe! I’ll be back.

The Food And Seafood Is Awesome!! I've been coming to Zimmer's For Years Now!! Was My Mother's Favorite Spot!! Shrimp Poboy With Just Butter on the French bread with pickles and lettuce!!

Always a must for when we visit home! Fresh, delicious food with familiar friendly faces! Delightfull marinated crab salad, perfectly seasoned crawfish and the best stuffed poboys!

Whenever I go to New Orleans Zimmer's Seafood is my must visit place. Zimmer's crawfish are seasoned very well, but they are not overly spicy. Their seafood is fresh which makes it difficult to decide what I want to eat. I get half oysters (New Orleans gulf oysters taste differently than from any where else)and shrimp dressed (lettuce tomatoes and mayo) with hot sauce ketchup and pickles. I don't get anything else so I will have space for some crawfish. Since I was driving, I stopped back here to get more crayfish to put on my cooler. I add ice to the cooler.
