First time in New Orleans and we were looking for somewhere good and close to our hotel. This place was absolutely amazing!!! The service was perfect, food was delicious, and overall just a great experience. Didn't catch her name but the lady that took our order was amazing.

Waitress only came 2 times to the table. To let us know the food is coming, and then when the food was ready to be served, she brought it. That was it.

The shrimp platter is fine! Use to get their hamburger, then tried the shrimp with nicely seasoned potatoes and Mardi gras colored delicious cole slaw. Yum!!!

I found this place not far from our hotel. Service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was great. You can order take out online, order at the register, or eat in. Everything that we had was fantastic. We even tried the Alligator poppers. Highly recommend if staying in Gretna.

Easily spotted from car and lots of free parking. Waitress was extremely helpful. Food fried slightly harder than necessary but flavorful. Good menu. Fast delivery to table. Very neat.

Everything on the menu is delicious. The spaghetti & meatballs was wonderful. The gumbo is delicious! The onion rings are crispy and nice. Tia and Kevin are just sweet, incredible people. The little ice cream cones after your meal are a great treat!

The hamburgers are pretty consistent from location to location. There is a disconnect from Chefs to Customer as far as what "Well Done" means. As a person who does grill a lot, Well done does not mean "Dry or Hockey puck" . The garlic fries are the biggest reason for choosing this chain. The fries are good even without the garlic sauce. And ending with an ice cream cone is always a bonus. My biggest disappointment came with the size of my "bun bite" 2 complete bun bites. That's the reason for my 4 rating. Otherwise the pepperjack cheese and the burger itself were good.
Follow on. Today the burger was excellent, I asked for well done and they were still very juicy. Very good flavor as well. The fries were more covered than the last visit. Overall extremely satisfied today.
