Some if the drinks may be high in carbs, but you can get low gi gladiator protein in cofee type drinks as well. I generally get the gladiator since its thr highest in protein. The vegetable juice smoothies are also good. The additives can add fat loss or stimulant effect. Multi vitamin or muscle
