Love Anita’s Grill…. been serving up some great food for over 100 years! I’ve been eating here since 2005 before Katrina and am SO happy Anita’s is still here. Home style Louisiana cooking at its best.
Great food and service. I’m glad we stopped here after our cruise before hitting the road to head home. There was 4 of us and the only seating that was available at the moment was at the bar or a booth so we sat at the bar. We all loved our food. No complaints. The ladies cooking and serving were so
Best pancakes in the world challenge. "WhoDat" said they gonna beat Anita's..? Sorry mama...I'll try my best to finish what's on my plate or order. Next time I'll order an omelet and hashbrowns...
Best pancakes I've ever had. They are like cracker barrel pancakes on steroids. Crispy edges, super fluffy, and super hot....like even when you're halfway thru the pancakes they are still hot. The hot sausage is a must too. Do yourself a favor and go all the way new orleans and bring your own steens
While visiting New Orleans, I was getting a little tired of cajun and decided to try a comfort food/home cooking restaurant by the name of Anita's Grill that I found on Google due to the many positive reviews. Well, I certainly was not disappointed! The staff was super nice and our meals were very
If you want great diner food with amazing service, then you must eat at Anita’s. All the ladies are super welcoming and nice and the pancakes are some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.
The food was very tasty and the customer service was amazing. The place is very mom and pop. Also its cash only with the meals being on average 6-10 bucks so very reasonable. Breakfast for a family of 5 with beverages cost approximately $65. Not bad at all considering I'm used to NYC pricing. Defini

You gotta try the catfish sandwich on a bun and get some scrambled eggs w/ cheese on the side, top the sandwich & I promise you you will not be disappointed! I got the sandwich dressed w/o
Always enjoy stopping here for breakfast whenever I'm in New Orleans. Food is always super tasty and staff is always pleasant and friendly. My omelet was perfect and pork chop was succulent and well seasoned. The waffles were good, and the chicken was on point. Please do not deny yourself the e
This place was so wonderful. This is a in the wall place away from the tourist stuff, the food is bomb and cooked by blessed hands. Estelle was amazing and funny, and made the experience fun. I would definitely come back here, Burbon Street and the French Quarters is cool but to get real southern co
I can say is that liver and onions and those hash browns with the onions and bell peppers with that good old pancake on the side and a big old glass of orange juice. It's ridiculous the best. Thank you ladies and gents over there
Anita's Grill located at 2122 Tulane Ave, New Orleans, LA 70112, is an absolute treasure and one of my favorite places to eat in New Orleans, they have a wonderful selection of breakfast choices, I love the pancakes!!! The restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere created a comfortable setting for a memorable meal. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspe
Real mix of nice people felt welcomed and served a meal by an amazing short order cook and the place where locals eat always a good sign I am from the City of brotherly Love
While enroute to another breakfast location, our Uber driver recommended that we eat at this restaurant over our first choice due to the long lines in the heat. She was absolutely correct. This is a mom and pop restaurant that has been around for years. It's located in a neighborhood and I would sa
Yummy fresh off the grill, pan, bowl refrigerator, griddle etc......CASH ONLY! Maybe a little bit of a wait but well worth it. Parking is tight also. As everywhere else in the city. ENJOY 😋
Is always packed in there but the narrow it down get everyone settled give if you're waiting for a while they always make sure that you're not thirsty as you okay and treat you with kindness
Good dining experience. Seasoned ladies cooking the food, which I love! Just good old fashioned diner food! Our Lyft driver Louis recommended this and took us there.
Our go to place to eat breakfast anytime we’re in Nawlins. We personally stay at a Airbnb/vrbo within walking distance because the food is the best, it’s fresh and the price is just perfect for quality dining. We love Anita’s now get there early as they be standing room waiting!
