Corporation Bar & Grill

The dog is gentleman. Bar tenders are like your old husband. Good guys that have seen better days. Digging the background music is for the quite chill. Great vibe dive bar including the dudes banging down beers outside on the exquisite dining area. The kitchen can be seen from down the end of the bar and you can see it’s scarred with mikes of delicious food that takes you from Gumby to dumbo. Go to the damn bar and see for yourself.

We'd give our experience at Corporation 4,5 stars across board. Very nice dive bar with some delicious food and good prices. Me and my partner shared the combo of gumbo, jambalaya and rice and it was the perfect lunch for 2. Deep good flavors. Disappointed we found this place on our last day, otherwise would've def come here more often for drinks. Extra 0,5 stars making the experience 5/5 was Irma the dog who greeted us at the door and when leaving. Not sure if Irma is part of the staff but she sure should be!

I'd book my next stay in New Orleans at a nearby hotel just so I can finish my night with Lawrence and Irma! This bar is the perfect neighborhood spot and I found my way here every night I was in town. I didn't have any food but heard good things. The kitchen closed early due to heat the few days I was in town. Don't fret, the bar does have AC! Stop by for a drink or stay and watch some games!

I would love to know the recipe of jambalaya please!!! I wish I could come here often but it is far away for me. We love this place. I had gone there with my uncle and aunt years ago. Jambalaya was heavenly. Me and my husband went again this year while we were in our honeymoon. I had been talking about that place to him since we met and when he tried the Jambalaya, he finally understood why I was so crazy about it. We tried a bunch of other stuff too, Gumbo and I don't remember other names but everything is amazing and authentic. Very nice service as well. Friendly staffs.
