The hostess behind the counter was very polite. Bacon oyster Po-boy was quite delicious. It certainly had its own twist with sesame seeds on top. Not bad. The debris fries were a bit on the salty side. Just add a lot of ketchup to counteract the saltiness. I only wish that they have a more updated website. I'm not sure how many discontinued menu items they had, and Prices were more expensive than what was on the website. Overall a pleasant experience

My first time eating crawfish, so I have nothing to compare it to, but these were meaty and tasty. The sausage was very spicy, and for some reason so were the potatoes. I wished they were plain boiled for a palate cleanser. Excellent service.

We got a fried shrimp po'boy, roast beef po'boy, cheese fries, and potato salad.
The shrimp sandwich was among the best we've had in NOLA. The roast beef was also delicious, but we both preferred another po'boy shop's beef. The potato salad was so much like my grandma's - it really resonated with me. The cheese fries were also good - the fries were seasoned and crispy and the cheese was nice and melted.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we'd both go back in a heartbeat.

I'm an out-of-towner who wanted an authentic crawfish experience and put in the work researching it to not end up in an overpriced tourist joint with subpar food. I wanted something fresh that locals would go to. Bevi is that authentic place. The whole time we were there locals were streaming in and out, which is always a good sign.
The workers here are great people. They helped us figure out what to order, how to eat it, and just generally were some of the nicest people I've ever met and I doubt there's any place on earth that could have topped Bevi for the experience I was looking for. The man tending the boil was a guy who went by "Trouble", and boy let me tell you that man knows how to impart flavor into seafood. We tried crab, crawfish, and shrimp and all of it was 10/10 flavor-wise. We had a fully dressed roast beef po'boy and fries as well, as well as all the boil sides like potatoes, corn, and sausage. Just non stop deliciousness.
I cannot recommend this place any higher. Way beyond my expectations and they went above and beyond to give us a good experience. The food was fantastic and the cherry on top was that these are just about the nicest people on God's green earth.

This was my first time at Bevi's. I heard so many great things about their food I had to get there. The poboys were delicious, the oysters were on point. The crawfish not so much. They had decent flavor but they were very over cooked. It was nearly impossible to get the meat out of their tails. I will go back, I know how hard it is to cook that much crawfish all day.

"Don't Judge the Quality of the Food by What You See"
The crayfish and others are all deliciously cooked. Crabs are rather small in size but very very fresh. The prawns are quite big in size and the way the shop cooks them with lots of lemon and spices is the best, as compared with other restaurants I have been to.
The interiors of the shop are very basic or only with minimum touchups, to be honest.
Both raw and cooked seafood are available but I certainly recommend going for the cooked produce unless one is a master chef him or herself.

I've enjoyed both boiled seafood and fried seafood here. The last soft shell crab dinner was tasty but the crabs were super small. The hot sausage poboy dressed with an egg was yummy. I'd go back again for another try...

Amazing boil!! We caught the trolley to check out this spot - quick eat. My husband got the oyster po-boy (excellent) and I got some boiled shrimp and boiled crawfish. The crawfish was the best I have had in the city. Juicy! Go there at 11:30/12p for lunch; the crawfish will have been freshly boiled within the hour.

Seafood platter is fire. Flavor on point the catfish crispy and juicy and lots of flavor. As Chef one best meal I had here in new Orleans. Staff fun and loud. And just great place eat. Thankyou to staff and owner great job.

Love this place! Everytime we've been here we've had a great experience. The crawfish are on point, seasoned perfectly, and consistently good. I don't even like frozen daiquiris because they're usually too sweet and taste like chemicals, but Bevi's are made with fresh fruit and taste amazing.

The wings were awesome, the debris fries were great, the Shrimp and oyster po boy was so good, and the crawfish and shrimp boil was amazing. If you have not eaten here yet I don't know what you are waiting for... Oh and our server Kat was so cool...

This was our first experience with boiled crawfish. Prices were great and so was the food. Super helpful employee came out to the picnic table with us and showed us how to “get to the meat.” And the potatoes corn and sausage had a sneaky kick. I would definitely visit again!

Went to eat here with 6 other people the day after Mardi Gras because it was recommended to us. We got there a little before 7 and got in line. By 7:10 (after standing in line for at least 20-25 mins) were told there would not be anymore crawfish made...needless to say we left and so did about 20 other not so happy people. Such a waste of time and gas. Side note, we noticed they don't season their crawfish. Boil only.
Lastly they weren't even serving the full menu and didn't have any signs stating that they were only serving off their Daily Special menu that was on a piece of printer paper located at the bottom left of the menu. This place needs to hire help and not just have the mom and her very young son running it.

The staff is rude, the kitchen was closing a half hour early with a line out the door, and they refused to make food that is advertised. I took my money across the street and was provided with the food I requested.
