Must have gator bites! Food was amazing and service was excellent. Waitress Teresa was 10/10 But chef Derrell was above and beyond offering special sauces and giving us a more in depth about our dishes.

Bridget was AMAZING!! What a personality and what spectacular service. I can't rave enough about this place. The food was dynamite! the sandwich was perfect and the jambalaya was a burst of flavor every bite! This should be a stop on everyone's list each time you come over here.

We visited as part of a foodie tour. Our server was so funny and personable. The food was absolutely wonderful!! We had alligator bites-- which were not tough and definitely the best alligator I've ever had! Full of flavor. My husband got a bloody Mary. He said it was delicious. He's had better ones... but he says for the price point... it was awesome. We were also given the muffuletta sandwich, on that amazing bread...and the oil dip. Delicious! You don't have to like olives to find this perfect sandwich amazing!! Go there! Eat it! Lol

Listen, if you truly want to enjoy a meal here then go with Ms. Shanei area of service because she greeted us with the biggest smile amd warm welcome. She suggested a jambalaya bowl with chicken and sausage and my partner had a bowl of gumbo which BTW was gone even before I could take a pic lol. I wanted a cocktail and upon her suggestion got a 'Lemonade' with dbl the alcohol. Let me tell ya - Shanei is the best. Excellent service.

One of my favorite spots in the entire city. Fantastic food. Great drinks. And the people watching is second to none. Make sure you stop by if you’re in the area and just have a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of one of the best cities in the world.

This market is friendly and warm, there is outdoor and indoor seating. They even have a great jazz band out front to enjoy. Our server Darryl was such a joy and helpful with finding our way through their menu. He gave my boyfriend and I great recommendations on food and amazing New Orleans hospitality. Can’t wait to come back on our next visit.

It was so hot out when we went for lunch, sweat pouring in triple digit weather. The staff sat us quickly and brought us water immediately. They gave us time to cool down and then took our order. Wait staff was amazing, Food was by far the best. You couldn't go wrong stopping here to eat. They kept the ice water coming!

Great find close to the market. Exceptionàl service and a great all you can eat breakfast buffet and tasty coffee. Best of all their jazz band starts really early! Well worth a visit if you in this area.

This place was a great find. We were able to sit outside in a shaded dining area and enjoy an amazing Jazz band while we ate. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. We had the crawfish beignets, New Orleans Sampler, and Shrimp platter. All were great. The crawfish beignets were exceptional to the point that I am still thinking about them a week later. Food was pricey, but worth it.

The staff at the market cafe are the absolute best in the city. My partner and I were in New Orleans for a couple weeks and we ended up at this place at least once a day whether for food or a quick drink to go. It’s by far my favorite spot in the city. I wanna give a massive shout out to both Bridgets, Shani and James. You guys are all absolutely amazing. The best service we’ve ever gotten and y’all made us sad to have to leave the city. Thank you guys and can’t wait to come back and see y’all again.

It was absolutely freezing when we went. They had heaters above our heads they kept us comfortable. We dined on the patio which was spacious and cleaner than most places. The staff like most places in NOLA were nice but extremely busy. Our waitress noticed what my husbands Gumbo did not have enough protein so she went back and asked for a bowl of it to bring to him. We thought that was beyond nice as many places we went to could not give a care in the world. The Muffuletta was DELICIOUS! We asked for a half order when in reality we should have ordered an entire one! One of us ordered a coffee which they raved about and I am allergic to caffeine so I opted for a hot chocolate which was Devine for this cold weather! For dessert we asked for the bread pudding and it was one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Nice and warm and full of flavor! I made a friend while there. His name is Billy Bob. He followed me all the way down the street. If you see him tell him I said hi!

Tasty food. Delicious drinks. Husband had the gumbo and liked that, I had red beans and rice and the food was tastier with each bite. We had a mango madness and creole splash to drink, and they were divine! Couldn’t taste the alcohol but could feel the effects.
