Geisha Sushi Bistro - New Orleans - Photo album

This Christmas, we turned to Geisha Sushi Bistro in New Orleans for a comforting Japanese meal, and it didn't disappoint. Starting with the miso soup, it was the warm, familiar taste we expected, setting a comforting tone for the meal. The grilled salmon salad, while slightly overcooked leading to
Very great place to eat. The food was great. I highly recommend the poke bowl..it had great flavor and was very fulfilling. Sushi was very fresh tasting.
Had a wonderful time! Absolutely marvelous sushi! We took the Geisha Kiss and the House Dragon roll, and were blown away by it!
This is among the best sushi and service I have had in a long time. The menu was clear organized, and easy to navigate. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. Our server was so good for our table. Drinks and refills were spot on as well as the recommendations since this is our first time here. O
Freshly made sushi’s. Salmon fried rice was something uncommon which is well done. Clear mushroom soup is good but it jus had two pieces of mushrooms. Quantity and quality is pretty good. Great service. Restrooms need attention as it was very bad. Ambience is pleasant.
I liked this place. Service was good, food was fresh and good and nice atmosphere. I got the sushi deluxe and was stuffed after word. We had some really good cold saki with our meal. I’d recommend if your in the mood for Japanese food.
Nice service, speedy seating. Food was tasty and well priced. The udon broth was a bit heavy on the salt/soy sauce. But noodle texture was good. Enjoyed our experience.
Absolutely phenomenal lunch we had at Geisha. Highly recommended to stop here, for vegans as well! I eat seafood, my wife eats a vegan diet, and we both loved every bite of our meal. We ordered the Geisha and Cucumber Smash drinks to start, tofu steak to share, and she has the avacado roll with soy
Geisha Sushi Bistro was located in a great central downtown area (but just a short walk from the ferry) and didn’t disappoint. The waitress was very kind and recommended the best part of our meal: spicy, creamy ramen with added pork slices. The steamed pork gyoza were great. For sushi, we had the us
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress. His name is TP who always so friendly. Always a great spot to get great food. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come bac
Easy walking distance when you get tired of gumbo or fried foods. The hand rolls were yummy but dear.
I sat at the sushi bar. Service was great and sushi was excellent. The albacore and Cajun tuna were fresh and delicious. I’ve been here twice on work trips and it hasn’t disappointed yet!
Great Shashmi. Server forgot to provide extra ginger...otherwise outstanding food.
Great prices for tasty sushi! Geisha opens a little earlier than other sushi places in the area so its an obvious pick if you want sushi earlier. They have a nice menu with both simple and complicated rolls. The waitstaff was super friendly and we ordered gyoza, spicy edamame, sake, and some roll
We were here for lunch. We were greeted by a very nice young lady that showed us to our table and took our order. She was very pleasant. Our order came fairly quickly. The sushi was fresh and delicious and included generous portions of wasabi and ginger. The atmosphere is about what you might expect
Absolutely delicious. Went around 8pm on a Friday and the place was empty. The sushi was fantastic (I got the geisha and the crouching tiger), and my husband got noodles. All our friends loved what they had, and we had a wonderful time. Definitely on the menu the next time we're in the city!
Fresh food- calamari was prepared to perfection The fried rice is one for books. I got it from steak, shrimp, & chicken. Location- right across the street from Harrah's Casino in the midst of the action on Canal Service- friendly and quick
Fantastic sushi and tempura. Everything was fresh and not overloaded with rice. The tempura was light and airy the way it's supposed to be and the tempura sauce wasn't overly sweet. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. This was a fantastic lunch experience
