One of the greatest meals I've ever had. Everything was perfectly cooked, and had amazing flavor. The service was a bit slow, but they were incredibly packed so it's totally understandable. The restaurant is clean, the music was at a good volume, and the temperature was perfect. I recommend having a reservation as they can get full quickly!

We had a great bartender. She made our drinks very well and was skilled at popping the caps off our beers! I ate the fried BBQ shrimp poor boy. Plenty of tasty shrimp and fries. Not a crumb left on my plate. Everyone was pleased with their meal. The service was very good, and the only knock I had was not enough Christmas Spirit and decor.

What an exquisite last minute discovery - NOLA’s hidden gem! Food was all so yummy, from the duck and andouille gumbo, boudin boulettes, red beans and rice with fig and pepper jelly glazed fried chicken, seared duck breast to the mouth watering warm bourbon pecan pie… all served deliciously by the very charming Cara who made our dinner cosy yet special! We’ll surely back next time we visit!

Beautiful place. Food was awesome. Dessert mind-blowing (Cafe au lait cheesecake, in photo). Hubby had bbq scallops linguine and I ordered the jambalaya risotto off the starters menu.

My wife and I had dinner at Kingfish for the first time together (we've both been here before with other friends) and the experience here tonight could not have been better. The staff was upbeat and always smiling. One of the gentlemen here, Jazz, even remembered us from the event at Meche! We started with the Crawfish bread, and rolled our eyes in delight at how yum it was! I order the filet, and my bride enjoyed the chop. We traded bites and argued for a moment about who ordered better (we both won). The drinks were delicious, and the desert was SO Good that Sasha had to bring another Moosekake so we could both enjoy the flavor. If you are looking for a great date night, choose the Kingfish! Not only will you enjoy yourself, but the owners donate considerably to feeding those who need it most. Cheers!

Thoroughly enjoyed this gem! Great food, atmosphere, and wonderful servers. I was there for the Beyonce Renaissance tour. They weren't crowded like some of the "newer" restaurants and I appreciated that. They have a wonderful menu, they serve brunch daily. The servers are pleasant and knowledgeable. Try them you won't be disappointed

Good food and amazing service near the heart of New Orleans. Worth stopping by for a quick bite or pit stop as you’re touring the area. I ordered the crab cake and steak salad and both were really good. The crab cake was on a bed of some type of sweet corn, had a bit of filling to it, but still really good. The steak on the salad was cooked really well and the bartender Matt was stellar!’
