Review Killer Poboys - New Orleans

Amazing food! The vegetarian options were all very appetizing, and served as PoBoys. We tried the cauliflower PoBoy which was amazing! The side of potato was good too. They have a nice collection of local beers to choose from. The hot sauce on the tables was fantastic!

What a great spot for a quick bit. Pretty straightforward po boys. Not to showy or over thw top, just good people and good food. Vegan option cauliflower poboy was great. Both the pork belly and chicken had great flavor. I'd say the PB&J was not what we though and was a little on the dry side so not has good for the kiddos as we thought. Everyone seems to know each other here, felt like a local spot for folks

PoBoys are all in the eye of the beholder. I haven't had nearly all the recommended PoBoys in New Orleans. But this place is still my current favorite. The shrimp was seasoned extremely well and it was the perfect fast/casual experience. No frills, just good food.

Great hole in the wall PoBoy Restaurant in downtown. Great value for the food you get, definitely worth the money. My wife ordered the Seared Shrimp PoBoy. Perfect balance of every ingredient with a shrimp in every bite. The bread on the Seared Shrimp was perfect, soft yet crunchy on the end. I ordered the Glazed Pork PoBoy and loved it. The pork was mouthwatering. Sweet and crunchy. The Garlic Aioli is what made it to die for though. I would go highly recommend coming here, just a quick walk from bourbon.

Had a seared shrimp po boy and it was delicious. The vegetables gave it a fresh taste and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. Would definitely go back again to try different ones!

The po'boys were really good, and the spicy potato salad was good. In order of preference, we liked the pork po'boy, then the beef po'boy and finally the shrimp po'boy. Since the restaurant isn't directly on Bourbon Street, the prices are really reasonable.

Fantastic. Not your typical po-boy, but these are absolutely delicious. We tried the beef and my wife had the cauliflower. Bread is super good, flavors are great, beef was tender and juicy. The spicy potato salad was unique, I think a hit from spicy mustard, really good. Highly recommend stopping in here for lunch if you're in the quarter.

First time trying out Poboys and we loved it. We ordered Shrimp and Cauliflower poboys. Shrimp was delicious but Cauliflower was top notch. My husband really loved the way the Cauliflower was cooked. It’s worth to try when you are NOLA.

Not your typical Po Boy place! Plenty of seating inside which is a great break from all the noise on the streets! They have quite a few vegetarian options which is great for the variety. Items ordered as of 3/2022: - Seared Shrimp - $14 - Fantastic flavor. Jumbo pieces of shrimp that's packed all the way to the ends! Flavor profile with the crisp pickled veggies was a fantastic combination! - Pork Belly - $ 13 - 100% would recommend this for all pork belly lovers. Pork belly was melt in your mouth tender and the ginger/garlic glaze they use adds a great Asian flavor profile! We actually went back and ordered this again! - Unsweetened tea - $2 - Nice contrast with the pork belly! We would 100% visit this place again next time we're in town!

Tasty, delicious, very budget friendly classic NOLA food. Kind of a hole in the wall place, but the food more than makes up for it. The shrimp po boy was satisfying, cooked perfectly, and very tasty. Their collared greens had a surprisingly slightly sour taste, first time I've had them like that and they were delicious!

Cool funky shop in the Quarter. Read some good reviews so I decided to give it a try. Wow! The rum and cane sugar glazed Pork Belly with lime slaw and garlic aioli was one of the best things I've eaten in the city period. Amazing! Can't wait for my next trip to try more of their unique takes on the Nola Po-boy. Best bread ever!

Had the pork belly and it was easily the best Poboy I’ve ever had. My wife had the shrimp and she stated that she prefers fried shrimp Poboys but she still loved the shrimp poboy at Killer Poboys

Ate here twice on our first trip to New Orleans and I loved the gulf shrimp poboy so much I growled when someone suggested I share it. It's so damn good! Not like the traditional deep fried ones you get all over the city. These are huge, juicy, spicy shrimp with carrot slaw. And try the Fest pop - I've never had this anywhere else and now I'm pining for it back home. Bourbon Cream Soda and Orange Mint are the best! I would eat here every day if I could.

Service and food was great! Would recommend them to anyone going to New Orleans.

A must eat! So good, every time! We have had the beef debris ( amazing but messy), fried shrimp, pork belly! All excellent choices!

Super food! So yummy, we had Beef and a Pork Belly one. They are huge too. Not the cheapest but good value.

Good spot for vegetarian / vegan poboy. Try cauliflower sanwich with poboy french bread.

Very good Po Boy, friendly staff, a bit overpriced for my taste but it was a great experience overall.

I had the sweet potatoe poboy, which was really good. The atmosphere was awesome. Service was good and I would recommend killer Poboys!

I’ll be honest and say I was not impressed at all. I read several reviews before going to NOLA and was looking forward to having a Killer Po Boy. I didn’t realize there were two locations. I was closer to the Conti location which is in the back of Erin Rose bar. Disappointed that there were only 5 items to choose from. I got the pork sandwich and the jalapeño grill cheese. There wasn’t a lot of meat on the sandwich and what was there was fatty. They use coleslaw as a filler and used way too much. The juice from the slaw soak through the bun and the sandwich fell apart. The grill cheese was pretty good but you really can’t screw up a grilled cheese. I can definitely say that on my next visit, I’ll be trying a different place for a Po Boy sandwich.

Service could have been a little better, but i did not care after I got my shrimp po boy! Just WOW! the best one i had in New Orleans!

Had the Braised Beef Debris and my wife had the Glazed Pork Belly Po’Boys. ‘Phenominal’ is an understatement! The slaw on the pork belly was perfect. Convenient and fast. Who could ask for anything more?

Not your traditional po boys. These guys put a mean spin on it. Had the gulf shrimp w Sriracha aoli. Was on point
