Copper Monkey - New Orleans - Photo album

We stopped in at the Copper Monkey before we walked Bourbon street. The waitstaff and bartender were super friendly and welcoming. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a drink and some lunch. I got red beans and rice, it was delicious! My friend had a chicken Caesar salad and we share some spinach and art
Awesome atmosphere, food, and drinks. I got the Whitney Special. It's mashed potatoes, chicken strips, nacho cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, sour cream, and bacon... When I first saw it, I was like, what?!?! Surprisingly, everything came together beautifully for an amazing dish! The crabbed stuffed
Overall okay, I really enjoyed the gumbo. However the Whitney special I received came out cold. Wouldn’t recommend.
A great local bar just a block off Bourbon. Great food. We've had almost everything on the menu. Burgers are great, wraps and sandwiches too. My go to is the grilled veggie wrap. You have to try the peanut butter burger also. Best tater tots in the city. My favorite bartenders also.
Good food and no wait. You can't beat it. My wife found this place and so glad she did. It is right off Bourbon street but you can enjoy your peace until you go back out to the craziness of Bourbon Street. I got the Gumbo and Jambalaya both spectacular.
This bar is very cozy and cool! We walked in to get some beer and food. The lady who served us at the bar was very friendly and we had a fun chat. The blt wrap was so delicious, and the nachos with melted cheese were so fresh. I recommend this bar to anyone touristing in New Orleans like us or loca
Great pub food with tasty adult beverages at a good price. The service is outstanding and the staff were all so friendly - especially the bartender, Aaron, and the door dude, Kaden...they made us feel like locals. We've enjoyed the Copper Monkey so much, we've been there twice in the past week. 🍻
The staff at this bar made the experience! They were so sweet and personable and gave fantastic service while also making sure we had a great time! The gumbo was also amazing and they served the best cocktail I had while in the city. By far my favorite bar in the area.
The food was ready quickly bartenders were amazing and informative. Had the Copper monkey Burger cooked perfectly 🥰 we also ordered the Whitney Special also so good! But my favorite part was the sausage and chicken Gumbo. I can't say enough about how good everything was. Next time we visit from Ups
Visited on a Sunday night for late night dinner - ordered a beer, Cesar wrap with fries, hot chicken wings, and jalapeno poppers. Food came out fairly quickly - everything served hot and tasted good. Expected jalano poppers to be made with cream cheese, but they had some sort of cheddar inside inste
Red beans and rice was the best day-after-drinking restorative; salty, carby, deliciousness.
This small bar has really good food. I got a hurricane made from scratch and it was fantastic. We came back again the next day for another hurricane and more banana filled beignets. Great find just off bourbon st!
Awesome spot a little off Bourbon Street to grab some food and drinks away from the crowds. The Whitney Special is worth the visit alone, and the ribeye steak was seasoned just right. Great bar staff as well. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in town!
We visited based on other peoples reviews. Holy Cow! 1. The hurricane drink equals anything we’ve ever had. (although the cherries and oranges- mmm, not as fresh. But you can ignore them) 2. The burger is absolutely amazing, cooked to order. 3. The atmosphere and servers are so friendly and helpful
Every bartender I met during this trip was quite friendly! When you want a good meal lunch/dinner/drunk eats here is the place to go. I can only speak to the wrap sandwiches but each time (and there were 4 or 5) they were delicious!
Great place and service. Tenders, fries, and honey mustard were great but the 16$ loaded nachos were meh. Kinda disappointed that they seemed like stadium nachos with cheap circle chips and nacho cheese. Perhaps I expected more for 16 bucks like triangle tortilla chips and shredded real cheese. Idk
Nice place with friendly service. We went for lunch. Surprisingly the peanut butter burger was really good! Casual place with good people
